From the moment we stepped off the plane this resort thought of everything! Not having to spend $150 on a shuttle to the resort was so nice, the resort is smaller which is so nice so you’re not having to walk miles for anything, especially with kids. We got a swim out suite and oh my was is wonderful! They literally thought of everything from the bug spray, toiletries, robes, slippers, cleaned our room not once but TWICE a day. Left little surprises for our kids. Sun hats for a at the beach, brought our 5 year old who was celebrating her birthday a cake to the room, don’t worry about packing a bunch of clothes because they have a all in one washer and dryer and to top it off the FOOD was amazing, every night was something different and when i say this is a high end resort with delicious food and not just a. Buffet you get everywhere else that’s what i mean. Such friendly staff we don’t have one negative thing to say about this place. Amazing

Resort property was beautiful: lobby, pool, restaurant and room. Front desk staff and concierge were friendly, helpful and courteous. Room service food was delicious. Cons: Our room came with an outdoor jacuzzi but it was so dirty, we did not use it. Staff near the pool were not very helpful. We were told that we could order poolside but every time we asked a server, they directed us to the pool bar and snack bar. However, other guests around us were able to order from the lounge chairs. We booked a reservation for French night and the server took orders from guests that were seated after us. Kitchen staff got our order wrong, even when the waiter told us about our special requests.

The service in this resort is exceptional. The staff are very nice and super friendly. The rooms are typical Hacienda style, spacious and beautiful. The resort has limited dining options but the food is great. The pool area services are great. They have good entertainment for kids and few for adults. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing resort this place is for you. The beach however is not the typical Cancun beach and there are a lot of seaweed and sometimes the smell can be too much. We personally like to stay at the hotel zone area. This resort was la bit boring for us.

Overall if you want to relax and not leave the resort it’s perfect, but if your looking for clubs stay in Cancun, not puerto morales. It’s a cool place pools nice and good activities around but it was inconvenient to be 40-50 minutes away from all the fun

If you are looking for a quiet, smaller, more intimate all inclusive vacation this resort is for you. Great food, clean property, very attentive staff. Tips are expected. You will get a cheque with the zero balance at the end of each meal with a tip option. Smart way to encourage tips. The day entertainment team were so much fun! Alejandra, Grecia, Mishele are the best!!! There isn’t a lot of evening entertainment but it wasn’t a problem. The evenings were quiet and enjoyable. A bit of a construction going on around the property, but the management did a good job to keep it somewhat discrete and not disruptive.

Trip was relaxing! Having a private pool was great. Food at the restaurants tasted good. The water pressure in the shower felt amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our concierge, Melissa.The complimentary airport transfers were convenient. Only negative was there were two short episodes of blackouts. This place is best for relaxation but not if you want a lot of things to do.

Breakfast had great food and a wide variety. Lunch was tasty but repetitive, with the same dishes every day. Dinner was always excellent, especially on the French-themed night.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Room cleaned daily food was great but a bit far from all sightseeing if that’s what you’re going for.

The property was amazing. Tristan our concierge was outstanding! We had a master suite with private pool and delightful! Puerto Morelos very safe and close! Highly recommend!

Great service and the overall grounds and building and rooms was in immaculate shape. Small resort, but they keep it in excellent condition. Had an issue with AC, it was fixed within an hour. In room dining is solid. Definitely a relaxed place, not a party atmosphere.
