Amenities are ok for kids. Food is regular to bad. If you are not part of the “special membership” yo get a second grade access to amenities. For example, if you are not a member of the location, you can’t access the beach shades. Food has a lot of opportunity and the location of the hotel get heavily impacted by sargassum.

First time all inclusive, property did not disappoint. Restaurants for all palates,and music in all generes as well. Sat through a lengthy presentation, felt a bit pressured but now we know we do not have to go. However, the free 50 min spa made up for it! Perfect mix of relaxation, and excitement. I stayed at this resort expecting a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. The biggest issue was the front desk staff — they were consistently unhelpful, unfriendly, and at times even rude. Simple requests felt like an inconvenience to them, and there was zero effort to make guests feel welcome. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, the food was mediocre at best, with limited variety. Service at the bars and restaurants was hit-or-miss — some staff were polite, but many seemed indifferent or overwhelmed. For the price and the promises made on the website, this was a huge letdown. I would not return, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to others unless serious improvements are made in staff training and guest service.

The rooms are amazing. That's is where it ends! The restaurants food is horrible, that is if you can get a reservation! If you want to have a chair at any of the pools you better be at the pool at 6am. The staff just walk around and don't want to help. I will not be returning.

Staff could use some hospitality training that work around the pool areas. More specifically the lifeguards. Had a few rude encounters and was surprised that was acceptable. The app that you use to make reservations is glitchy and depending on who you talk with you get different policies. This made some of the trip less smooth than we would have liked. Other than that it was a good family trip.

Pool area was great as well as the front porch. Beach was not as expected, too brown and always full of seaweed. Restaurants were difficult to make reservations and get in. The highlight was the buffet which had a very good spread. The Seafood restaurant, terrible so was the Japanese

We had a very bad experience. The first room had a urine odor around the restroom. It took them 2 days to change our room. Then we moved to a room with no A/C working, (summer in Cancun) the “fixed it” and again another night without sleep bc the AC was not cooling… the last night we got transferred to a working room… terrible overall experience
