We have stayed at many Dreams properties, and this one is nice with the lazy river and newer facility. Food was good. At times, certain areas seemed to be a bit understaffed. Only one bartender working the pool bar, entertainment staff didn’t invite us to activities, only one bellboy when multiples needed, and the activity and restaurant options were sometimes limited or didn’t match what was published on the app. We still had a great time and the staff that was working was pleasant and hard working. The seaweed on the beach was unfortunate, but staff worked hard to keep it clean. The 4th of July party was great! Not sure it was worth the larger price tag compared with other dreams resort.

They set rules in the resort but nobody follows them. For everything is reservation and when the people finish eating the ones that did reservation they dont do walk ins for the others. Thats whye andy family we would try to reserve 2 restaurants at a te because by the time we wanted to reserve for the next day there was nothing available and we wanted to try all restaurants. There based of reservation. They dont explain certain things when they welcome if it wasnt for someone else about the check out then we wouldnt be able too check out on time because our flight was early in the morning theres no one in the lobby early in the morning to help you check out you have too check out a night before you leave. We wanted to get room service to get food in our room just because we spoke spanish they took long too bring food but little they know we u.s citizen the next day we did the same thing and spoke English and brought our food real quick. Which they should treat everyone equally no matter the race.

I didn’t like the food. There’s only 2 elevators going to our rooms and 1 was out of service for the 3 days we were there. Not much places to shop. The women’s bathroom at the lobby was out of paper towel for one whole day. The restrooms should be checked frequently.

**pls read other reviews under 3 stars. They are Accurate! Not to sound ungrateful and the Staff was beyond Nice … this review reflects Dreams itself and not the staff. comparing to other resorts near the area for the same price :: - resort is small; you sit literally on top of each other- in addition they closed off a whole pool area/lounge chair area for a wedding to pass at 4pm. - some pools were not open at the same time as others. Only one pool had a swim up bar and sooo crowded and drinks are watery (I’m not a drinker like that but not even one good cocktail) Food- compare other resorts was limited, trays constantly empty or food was cold. It just wasn’t fresh. The same 3 fruits served ( watermelon, cantaloupe and papaya.. sometimes pineapple) Italian restaurant was good but super small portion ( we ended dip at buffet ) Unfortunately - we couldn’t use the beach due to seaweed (not their fault) but then you are all stuck near the pool. Not enough activities for pple to be entertained. Less than 20 floaties for the entire resort ( there are slides and lazy rivers) U will be bored by day 3!

There was multiple incidents where employees were rude to me To begin w at check in I was never informed all bookin for restaurants were through app By the time I found out about App Which I had to go to very disrespectful employees Any time I needed help or asked for anything I got attitude as if I was bothering them. couldn’t book any restaurants I stayed a total of 4 nights 5 days And I was only able to eat at one restaurant which was the very last night and that’s because I had already talked to one of the managers on site and he made it happen But for a resort to offer restaurants and no availability that’s absolutely not okay. There were other incidents where in the buffet ( which was the most continent way to feed my kids ( only way to feed) The cooks/ employees were so rude There was an incident where I asked one of the cooks for a personalized pizza ( pepperoni) for my son and they told me NO That whatever was on the line was what was available ( keep in mind she was prepping dough to make pizzas) Just not for my son I am a single mom traveling w my kids who paid a little extra to give my son and daughter a memorable vacation but for me to have to tell them this is the only thing you can eat or not to be able to offer different foods or what they like was very disappointing. I spent most of my time and feeding my kids in the room to avoid anyone being rude to us. I’m very disappointed in how things played out for the amount of money I spent

Property’s food was below average. Beach was heavily impacted by seaweed which also comes along with a heavy smell. We paid extra for preferred club however there was nothing preferred about to. Anyone can come and go into preferred lounge and pool area. The hotel did nothing to accommodate us after we asked for a different room. None of the pool bars had menus for drink options. Check in and check out was time consuming. We will not book another dreams hotel.

The room was clean and well maintained. The report was also clean and well preserved. We found that the buffet and some of the restaurants were fairly hot during our dining experiences. We were unable to book the hibachi due to the application, not working properly.

Dreams Natura Resort & Spa – A Balanced Review from a Recent Stay Arrival & Check-In: From the moment we arrived at Dreams Natura, the staff made us feel welcome. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, and check-in was smooth and quick. The staff provided clear, helpful information about the resort, which made settling in easy. Room: We had booked an Ocean View Junior Suite, but unfortunately, the view didn’t meet expectations. Our room mostly overlooked another resort, with just a partial glimpse of the ocean. When I raised this with the front desk, they stood by their classification of the room as “ocean view” and declined my request to be moved or to compare with a different room. While the room was clean and comfortable, the view was disappointing. Thankfully, we didn’t spend too much time inside, but I do wish the resort had been more accommodating. Pools: The pool areas were well-maintained and enjoyable, though finding available seating could be a challenge, especially during peak times. As a family-friendly resort, expect plenty of kids, including in areas like the swim-up bar. I did notice a few kids splashing water near guests’ drinks, which might be a downside for those looking for a more relaxed adult setting. Food: The food was decent, though nothing particularly memorable. There was variety from day to day, but the desserts were underwhelming. If you’re a foodie, this resort may not impress, but as someone who isn’t too picky, I found it satisfactory. T

With a rate of 5 stars, that couldn’t be farther from reality. We booked “Preferred Club Master Suite Ocean View” for 6 days. The room was spacious but smelled very bad. The couch smelled of mildew and the bedroom smelled like throw up. Our son refused to sit on the couch entire time and only sat on a chair. The bed was lumpy and pillows were hard. We understand it’s an all inclusive resort, but when the food from the pool area and room service is better than everything else, that says a lot. Restaurants weren’t clean and sanitized. The pools were nasty, with cups, food, and trash floating in them. The staff were good. We were trying to be ok with everything that didn't meet our expectations as good as the reviews were. However this was a terrible experience for us. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for 5-star hotel.

This facility was nice and I loved how kid friendly was everything. My lil one had a blast. We did have a very rude staff member that was very upset because we didn’t want to buy the travel package they offered she was very very rude to us. Also on our very last night we where there the resort tried to implement reservations at all of the restaurants when it was never needed and we had a hard time eating at one of the restaurants it would of been nice that they noticed all of the guest so that we made sure we made that reservation.
