We love our stay at the resort- short but memorable with full relaxation
I had such an amazing experience since the beginning. I’ve been to so many nice and fancy hotels all over the World but I can tell you that no one ever exceed my expectations like this one. Not only because of the property itself but because of the VIP butler service. Carlos was my butler during my stay and he was beyond, making sure I had dinner reservations for every single night and always in touch with me to check if I needed anything. I’ve never been so spoiled in a vacation stay like I had at this hotel, and I think most of it was because of the high level of professionalism from Carlos. My recommendation is that if you can hire the Privilege package, you’ll make your experience in a way other level. I will definitely return to this resort. Also need to mention that Ricardo at the pool always made sure I had drinks and Jose was so nice to make sure my pool chair was properly setup.

We loved the service and the food was so good, especially Blue moon, the French restaurant. The property is very well kept as well. We will gladly come back again!
I just returned from a 4-night stay at OCT, El Beso. It was a wonderful and relaxing trip. We spent our days on the beach and never had an issue getting loungers in the adult only section. There was a lot of sargassum, but they were our everyday trying to clean it up. There are many restaurant options, some need a reservation (easily done through the app!) and some do not. It is really nice that not all the restaurants have to have reservations. We always found food that we liked and had absolutely no issues! Our room in El Beso was very nice and was large, with two queen beds, a big shower and separate bathtub, and a balcony with a partial ocean view. The resort is large (to me) but very easy to get around. Staying in El Beso, it is about a 7-minute walk to the buffet and most of the restaurants. We also walked to Puerto Morelos 1 day, it was a 45 min walk on the beach and then we took the taxi back for $22 USD. This was my 2nd time at Ocean Coral and Turquesa and I would definitely stay again!
The resort is just fine. Wait staff/Bartenders were amazing. Front desk and housekeeper needs some work. I’d return if staff wouldn’t allow saving of lounge chairs! It sucks to wake at 530a just to go down and reserve a chair for yourself.
Staff was friendly and Gustavo at the pool bar kept your glass full and got to know you and had shots ready for your group. Miriam was a great waitress and made sure you were happy while hanging around the pool!
We've been to the Cancun area five times in the past couple of years, and have stayed at different resorts each time. Of all the places we've stayed, Ocean Coral & Turquesa has been by far the best. The beach is awesome, along with all of the pools and dining options. The rooms were also great, with comfortable beds, pillows, a full shower and additional tub, and a large balcony. There were also several employees who made our trip wonderful. Katie, a concierge, was always available to assist with whatever we needed, even before the trip started. She was friendly and helpful. Each day we also enjoyed the bartenders at the pool bar, Alfredo, Elias and Sergio. There were always friendly and quick to get us whatever we needed, even during busy times of the day!
There was NOT one thing that was wrong. The staff, the restaurants, the grounds and the atmosphere was amazing. It was one of my favorite vacations and we will be coming back. It was truly perfect!!
Beautifully maintained. Every worker took pride in their work. Jose Luis was amazing at the beach concierge with Ricardo doing an amazing job of serving our every need. Alejandro was fun and we loved the poolside “learning” each day. The rooms were clean and updated. Food was great. Beach workers were really amazing with the issues with seaweed (not swimmable). The pools took care of the need for cooling off. We will definitely come back here!
The only thing needs to be improved is the check in desk. You need more staff at this desk. We had 3 people walking around with clip boards asking same questions but only 2 people doing check in. We arrived and stood in the check in line for over 1hr. Not a good way to start a vacation.

We liked pretty much everything, but One night we ordered room service for a late night snack and then we got back to our room and it was gone ? The best bartender was Gustavo ! We had a great couple of servers Estrella and Edwardo . The beach was not good because of the seaweed, but the pools were great .
The staff at the resort were wonderful! Our pool dream team of Ricardo and Jose Luis Cen made our stay super enjoyable. Facilities are in great shape, you can tell they are having a lot of work done while during this slow season. The restaurants situation was frustrating, we found the ability to get food limited and the menu options were extremely limited. Overall a great experience and we are likely to return.
Food was absolutely terrible. Most staff was rude. Staff that cleaned rooms was inconsistent. Beautiful property & beach but I don't recommend this resort!
There were very very few palapas on the beach due to the previous hurricane
