Room 301 on main floor horrible. Huge amount of noise. 1 table lamp no switch, broken shade. Only way to switch was unplug. Fridge old and didnt fit compartment. Made constant noise. AC noisy except at low speed. Zero privacy, "patio" totally not private - more a public walkway to the beach. Huge piles of laundry gathered right at our front door. Bathroom: shower hanging by a thread, soap wouldnt pump, sewer gas smell. No real ventilation: bth window blocked, no screen on slider. Curtains kept closed or everyone walking by can see into room. Worst hotel room I ever had.

Just stay away from this place no water,no hot water,staff was rude (except Stephanie) seem to be a place for employees friends to hang out.there was a big man who didn't do a thing except eat and harass people. The only good thing is the beach

Rooms and hoyel are very different to the pictures in the advertisement. Property has 5 parking spots only. Rain water gets in the stairs which make then unsafe, the entrance to rooms with sea view is hidden, very narrow, unsafe and water forms a big puddle in the entrance, furniture and rooms are very old and the property maintenance is awful.

The moment you walk in your greeted by very friendly staff Fernando was very nice. The room was clean and housekeeping came in every day which I love. There are many dining options within walking distance. The view of the beach is amazing literally can sit on your porch and just take in the views. It’s very lively on the weekends. I will be back again. This was my second time staying at Ojo de Agua. They also have transportation services for a fee but it’s worth it. Thank you again to all the staff for making my trip relaxing.

Overall it was good, but they did not have bathroom mats, no shower gel. It was literally the same as hand soap. No drinking water facility in the room. For the price it was ok. But not really satisfied.

This property was not at all what I expected. It felt extremely outdated and broken. The room was not secure or safe, the sliding glass door had no lock, main door light shown all around edges, could easily be broken open; shower head only sprayed out of 8 holes, was salt water so I could not even wash my hair; only mirror was a tiny one above bathroom sink; AC would drip constantly into a puddle by the bed; bed was tiny and uncomfortable; no safe for valuables; the same dead flies in the main walkway for 4 days straight even after notifying staff; one restaurant; beach seating torn and in need or repair; would not stay here again or recommend to anyone!
