Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and supportive. I had a suite, and it was huge and very spacious. My favorite spot was the rooftop pool. I will definitely recommend Ventus Haat to friends and clients.

We arrived to the property and it was clean and nice. The building is fairly new so it was clean and in good condition. We received a room upgrade and had a tub in our room. Room service and cleaning was great. Most of the staff were great and most spoke English and were able to answer questions and help us navigate the proprieties. With this facility, you have access to two other properties that are across the street that offer more activities, pools, restaurants, and bars. Definitely more exciting and loud over there. If you’re looking to have a laid back and relaxing time, I suggest Ventus Ha. My only big complaint was the smell, I know it wasn’t their fault, but apparently this is seaweed season and the beach is not swimmable and even going near it, the smell will take your breath away… something I wish I knew prior as my hope for this honeymoon vacation was that we could relax on the beach. Otherwise, the drinks were mediocre (what you get for an all inclusive), the food was good with a variety of options, and we would return.

Overall a great place to stay. The food is good but there is minimal Mexican food and an abundance of Italian food. Breakfast was good. They also didnt have crown royal. Its not the end of the world but they should have it in my opinion. I settled for captain and coke and tequila shots. The property is beautiful and you get to see cool wildlife. There are adult only pool areas which is nice. Its really low key and quiet. The staff are helpful and nice. They have a "speakeasy" but it wasnt anything like a speakeasy. I would stay here again.

Could have been a 5 star stay. I will list why it wasn’t first, and then give a review of everything else below. There is a known issue between Expedia and the resort getting ages right. Expedia sent my teens’ ages over as infants, resulting in having to pay extra for the kids. It wasn’t cheap. If I could have gotten a refund and walked out right then, that would have been the end of this review. The front desk lady mentioned that she has seen this issue. Online forums post about it as well before the post gets deleted by admin. For this issue between Expedia and the resort- they lose a point. It would be in their best interest to discuss this with Expedia and find a resolution since it happens enough it’s a known issue. Ok, on to better things. Everyone that works there is amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond. The facility is impecable. There are a total of three resorts that you can walk to/write a golf cart to, each with their own vibe. It doesn’t matter where you are, it is mostly quiet, you can always find a quiet place to relax in or near the pool. The beach is mostly unusable due to the sargassum, but that’s anywhere in the region. They worked so hard to keep their shore as clean as possible and it shows. Their beaches aren’t nearly as bad as others I’ve seen. Lots of food options. Hit Alhambra for breakfast. Mercado de Delores for lunch and cross your fingers you can get a dinner reservation. Otherwise Alhambra reopens for dinner. Room service 24/7.

My stay at Ventus Ha Hotel was overshadowed by the extremely poor room service. The food took nearly three hours to arrive and, when it finally did, it was cold and unappetizing. On several occasions, room service never showed up at all. The menu had very limited options, which made it difficult to find anything appealing. Additionally, the on-site dining areas were constantly overcrowded, with long lines and extended wait times. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better service and efficiency. Sadly, the dining experience left a lot to be desired.

Venus Ha is a very nice place. Beautiful buildings and structures. It has a swimming pools and tubs wherever you go. Good food selections and nice, friendly, and good people. The place has varieties of restaurants to go. Nice place to walk around. I would recommend this place and I would give it a 5 stars but it has that mangrove smell that turns me off, other than that, a 5 star hotel! My adult kids and my 9 yrs old live this place!
