I can't wait to visit Secrets again! My friends and I had an amazing and unforgettable time. From the time we stepped onto the resort to being greeted by the staff throughout our visit, to the multiple food options - nothing was missed! The master suite was such a treat with a wide swim out pool, which was a space of refuge for me. I'm already planning my next stay!

My husband and I stayed at Secrets Riviera Cancún All Preferred - Adults Only - All Inclusive, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I loved the different vibes of the pools — we started at the quiet pool, ended up at the lively pool on Saturday during the all-day party (SO much fun), and then enjoyed the middle pool on Sunday for the football games. The food was decent, though I’ll admit we didn’t fully explore all of the dining options available. Our room was romantic and comfortable — I never wanted to get out of the shower! We also had a hot tub on our balcony, which unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use because we spent most of our time relaxing at the pools. We also took full advantage of the spa, which was an excellent experience. The only real negative of our trip was the “resort tour” they promote. It’s positioned as a quick, no-obligation, two-hour experience where you get to see one of their new properties and receive resort credits. Since it was a rainy day, we figured why not. The property we visited, Secrets Moxché, was stunning and honestly blew me away. But the experience quickly shifted into a hard sales pitch. Despite making it clear we weren’t interested in purchasing, we were passed from one rep to another, each offering new “deals.” What was supposed to be two hours dragged into nearly five. By the end, our sales rep became extremely rude and even accused my husband of lying about our

Stayed in a swim out that was nice and spacious. It was located by a bar so the waiters would bring drinks. This resort is close to Breathless so you have access to their restaurants which gives plenty of options to choose from. The walking distance is decent. There were things going on each day. There’s also a nightclub. I would definitely recommend this resort.

But will say the drinks were water down a lot most of the time you can tell there was no alcohol in them even when we asked. Also the resort doesn’t really have 14 full restaurants it was more like 6 full ones. The buffet wasn’t really to good. Resort isn’t really as open as expected but still really really nice! Looking forward to coming back!

Although the staff was very friendly, the resort was lacking. I've stayed at other Secrets locations & this was definitely not 5 star. It was more like 3.5. The food (even with plenty restaurants) was lacking flavor in my opinion. Even with Preferred Club, only the alcohol options were better. It took 2 hours to get into my room, onlly after the 2 hours did they change my room. I wouldn't recommend if you've traveled and enjoy 5 star privileges, this is not that.

This property was beautiful but the preferred club lounge had no top shelf liquor. The Xhale lounge did not either. And when they did have one bottle of a top shelf liquor they hid it. You would pretty much have to ask and they would say they didn’t have any. Absolut and Bacardi aren’t top shelf. But they would market/sell Don Julio and Patron for bottle service in their clubs. Breathless Cancun Soul was not like this. It was so much better with actual top shelf liquor.
