We had a nice stay. The playmakers are great fun and go out of their way to engage you. Most of the guests are extremely open, friendly and easy to talk to, The food was ok, nothing special. The downsides were that about half of the younger crowd (we are older) did not go nude. Desire should have a stricter policy (like Hedo) where you are required to be nude, it would be much more comfortable for everyone. If you don’t want to be nude, then go to Temptations. In addition, it is almost impossible to get a cabana or dinner reservation unless you are a premiere member. The pool guy and restaurant reservation lady are quite rude if you ask for a cabana…you are told that WELL if you were a member you could have one. We don’t want to be members, we just wanted to enjoy our stay as advertised. The beach is nonexistent, but that isn’t why people come here.

Clean room, Christian at the reception and Josette has been such great help after I left my items behind at the resort she has packed my things and will be mailed to us. Christian was very attentive and found my husbands. We loved the honest service. Food and drinks are great. The buffet dinner is better than we thought and like the Mexican restaurant for its elegance. We had a hick up with one employee but everyone else made up for it. Pools are nice note the beach, but everything else makes up for it. Great time, plus shows.

It was our 2nd time at RM, we went to Pearl first. We stayed at Eden at RM this time, and we were given the pool view for upgrade. Very nice room and room service included at Eden. Friendly staff at RM but Pearl staff are more friendlier and treat you like a family at Pearl. My favorite staff at RM are Carlos and Jonathan at the bar and the main guy at the coffee bar and also the guy at the jacuzzi bar. The gym is good size but the stairmaster is not there anymore. Suki restaurant is our favorite place but its smaller place, we had to be there before 7pm. Good night entertainment and disco music. Overall, we love to comeback again.

Amazing food, excellent staff and customer service. No need to go on the hunt for water. There were always bottles in a fridge in our room. A little tough getting dinner reservations so that could use some improvement but buffet was top notch so it wasn’t ever the end of the world! We compared the value with members and felt we got a pretty good price for such a unique resort with a great vibe. We absolutely loved the shows disco and all amentiities including the amazing hot tub for evenings. What a way to see the ocean and the sunset!
Lunch from the grill and the specialty of the day ceviche bar poolside in the cabana. The flavors were out of this world good!
