We enjoyed our stay and the “fish” pond in the lobby. We enjoyed our breakfast and appetizer during happy hour. Pool can definitely use some care. Way to much chemicals. And dirty.

The entire staff was AMAZING. The room style was fantastic for family. Having a door splitting "common/gathering" area from "peace for sleeping" was very helpful. Especially for those traveling who need some space for meeting family from out of town. It was ideal.

Comfortable and served my purposes. Friendly staff.

Way overpriced for what you get. I had a damaged wall in the guest room where the trim had separated from the wall and broken sheetrock was spilling out. It looked like a dump. I didn't notice until I moved the luggage rack which was conveniently placed in front of it to hold it together. The property charges $12/day parking fees to park in their OUTDOOR lot with no security which has "park at your own risk" signs posted everywhere. Total scam. Do not stay at this property if you can help it. The front desk knew nothing about the area, as well. I inquired about a location 6 blocks away and the parking meter system. No one knew anything.

I would never stay here again. Room was visibly dirty. The sofa bed had the old bedding from the last guests. The evening appetizers were cheese and crackers. Beds were not comfortable. Room did not get cold enough. Definitely not worth the money. Overall appeared old and dated. Staff was helpful.

Amazing clean and the facility is well maintained. The pillows were amazing! I love EMBASSY SUITES 🐾😘

I spent 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. The trash was never emptied so I would set it outside the door and it would be picked up the next day. Towels were not replenished. Overall worn and non existent housekeeping.

Great breakfast, has indoor pool. However, this facility just isn’t what it used to be. It no longer feels like an affordable 5 star hotel but more like an overpriced 3 star hotel.

Nice stay, great breakfast.

Room was dirty, area is garbage, all meth heads and homeless. Hotel is advertised as a 4/5 star hotel, it’s not even close - it’s 2 star no lie. Hotel staff is kind and professional but hotel is run down and in bad part of town. I had broken light switches, my ac stopped working middle of the night. Smudges on everything, curtains and wall paper falling off. The made to order breakfast is just potato eggs and sausage in styrofoam... 4/5 star? No in room dining even though they advertised it as so. No masks - not a clean/COvID safe environment, not even close. Stay far away! Research the nicer areas of ABQ

Dear Kari,I’m sorry that you did not find us to be a good value and that your room was not met with our excellence in service. Additionally, we are so sorry for your frustration with our parking fee. We separate out our parking fee, rather than add it to our room rate, to accommodate our guests without vehicles. Guest satisfaction is our highest priority and I regret that we left you with a poor impression. Your feedback is welcomed as it encourages change for future stays. Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. Sincerely,Scott CapeGeneral Manager
