They double charged me. Staff was rude. They didn’t want to listen me

I wish the breakfast would have had more fresh fruit options. The air conditioning in our room did not work very well; the fan was loud and the air temperature was very warm. The pool and the hot tub were luxurious and the staff were all friendly and polite. We loved the people working there.

VERY long wait at check-in - inadequate staffing. Breakfast room drowned in blasting morning talk show TV drivel, and it couldn't be escaped. Heating/cooling unit loud, turning on and off, bad for sleeping, no apparent way to make it run constantly while heating or cooling. Keys functioned only erratically in the many locks here - ended up walking around the building to get back in. The place is well-appointed, the room we had was very good except for that one noise issue, the staff were helpful and friendly, the swimming pool is pretty decent and does have decent hours (unlike many similar hotels), the breakfast OK.

great hotel super close to everything and room was super clean!

Plus points- welcoming lobby, great staff, good location, clean room, great breakfast. Negative point- really dated and in need of upgrade, air conditioner was extremely noisey and couldn’t be turned off because of heat outside. Noice of guest walking on floor seemed to be amplified due to the way the floor was built. This is only a problem if the kids above you weren’t playing jump off bed and tag.

Comfy and warm and Nice. I like the comforter on the bed.

very friendly and helpful staff, good location would stay there again

The room was clean and service was good. When it came time to take a shower, everyone in the room knew it. The tub creaked and popped with every step. Even my children could here it through the bathroom wall. I was afraid the bottom of the tub would crack if I moved too much. When we left, I told the clerk and she said she had heard others complain about the same thing. Other than that, it was nice stay.

Nice place to stay. Only downfall was passing all the cheap hotels with semi trucks on both sides of the road.

Great rooms decent price except on balloon fiesta weekend.

We love Hampton Inns bed:) It never fails to deliver a comfortable sleep at night. This one in albuquerque is no exception. My only concern is the bathtub made terrible creeking sounds when showering, I was afraid it crack in two. Besdies that, it was a perfect stay for an overnight trip:)

On a very long roadtrip, it was a welcome resting point. Hampton Inn is consistent---great value, great service and clean rooms . The room was very large for the price, and in comparison to other hotels where I've stayed at a similar price. Bathroom nice and large too! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends!

Super easy access to Petroglyph Nat'l Monument, Old Town Albuquerque, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, and many other attractions. Less than 15 minutes from the airport too.

A well-maintained Hampton Inn right off the freeway. Convenient access to downtown, major hospitals, and airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

arrived at 3pm to check in after a long day had to wait 1 hr room was not clean. breakfast was very good it would be nice to have side chairs in room with table you had to lay in bed to watch TV there was a desk chair not comfortable very clean

Decent hotel, nothing too special for the price. Currently remodeling the lobby, could use an update in the rooms as well. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.

We actually just stayed at four different Hampton Inns on this vacation and were very happy with every experience. The staff is probably our favorite part. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and very hardworking. We also LOVE the breakfasts. So easy for us and so delicious. Every spot was clean and comfortable. Thank you Hampton Inn!

Very nice though we had to deal with a water outage. It wasn't ideally suited for our needs but suspect it will fit others needs. Will stay again

My check in was prompt and painless, and was also able to book another room for a friend with no problems either. The entire complex was neat and clean, the breakfast in the morning was varied and fresh. In all I would definately stay there again next time in the area.
