You can definitely tell this hotel has had an issue with unsavory local guests. Wasn’t really comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot since we were on a cross country road trip and everything we needed was in that car. The actual rooms are old but look like they had a really cheap upgrade somewhat recently (ie: newer laminate flooring not applied properly and bubbled up in some areas). Also, people are definitely up at all hours and the rooms provide very little sound barrier. It kept sounding like someone was coming in and out of our room when our neighbor was coming in and out of their room at 4am. Additionally, although she was nice enough, the night manager was not wearing a mask which is a little disheartening in the middle of COVID. Makes you question whether all the other safety measures were being adhered to. Overall, I was glad we were only staying one night.

Very good customer service. I like the 2 free drinks and free breakfast. Will recommend Quality Inn to others.

The outside doors did not close and lock. Hotel staff had put up paper signs asking guests to “please make sure to close doors tight“. The signs were ripped meaning they’d been there awhile, so couldn’t they have fixed the doors in that time? And the room door did not lock all the way. Door jamb was loose and wiggly, looking like someone had kicked in the door at some point. Breakfast was awful: watery coffee, canned fruit cocktail and eggs that were so overcooked they looked petrified. The all-in-one gym equipment was not anchored to the floor so it lifted up and almost fell over on my husband when he tried to use it. The best part of the stay was Orbitz. Their customer service spent almost an bout on the phone with me and the hotel manager to make this right. Eventually, with the customer service person at Orbitz, I got a refund and was able to book a much nicer hotel. My big takeaway is, You get what you pay for. Everything about this hotel was inexpensive. Cheap. Quality Inn, it was incredibly low quality across the board.

Enjoyed the 2 free drinks at happy hour. Breakfast was adequate.

Air conditioner didn’t keep room cool. Carpet worn out. Outside door lock didn’t work. So hot in the lobby and room.

Liked the rate. The location wasn't my fondest and no elevator, our room was on 2nd floor but other than that the room was comfortable. Won't mind booking again but will request a ground floor room.

Disappointed in breakfast, wi-fi service, room floors.

Front office lady was hardly there. Other then that it was ok

I felt the rooms were not cleaned.... the patio area looked nice but was too cold for the winter.... deff would have hung out in the patio area if it was summer time

Easy to find, very nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms great breakfast and great price! Thank you so much

It is a comfortable hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is in need of renovating on their toilets and heaters/air conditioners. Some improvements have been made, but the workmanship has been very poor. However, it is still a great hotel and very easy access to the interstate and to many stores and restaurants.

Convenient location and ease to the interstate. Very nice atmosphere in the entry way and breakfast area. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed and pillows.

Very friendly staff and facility in good condition.

The location is easy for getting to many areas of Albuquerque. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are quiet and clean.

It’s good and comfortable.. we enjoyed our stay.

We did address your concerns. The reason for the signs on the doors are because guests prop open the doors coming in and out. I checked all the doors to the hotel and they are secure and need a key to get in. I am glad you found a nice place to enjoy your stay.
