Bathroom was spotless, beds were comfortable, room was very spacious.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent, eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, plus all the cold stuff. Fridge and microwave in room. Excellent workspace and office chair. I asked and they have laundry facilities available too. For the price I was amazed. I ended up staying there for 2 weeks for work. Right next to I-25/40 so easy to get around from there.

The owners seem to have decided that their best bet is to go for quantity over quality. The property has a lot of potential but will require much more attention -- and attention to detail -- than it's currently receiving. There have been some efforts at a renovation, but the overall impression is disappointing. Mismatched furnishings, non-working lamps (train the staff to check that things actually work!), incomplete paint jobs, exterior doors that look like they've been broken into. And the front desk for a property this large should ALWAYS have at least two staff -- even if management has to come and fill in. I felt for the young woman who was trying to handle everything after another staffer didn't show up, but again, management needs to MANAGE, not just shrug their shoulders and collect their salary.

Upon arrival the A/C did not work. It's July in Albuquerque so it is well over 100 degrees in the day. The room had to be 80 each night I was there. Could not sleep. Toilet was also broken and almost flooded the bathroom twice. Noisy guests, dirty walls, unprofessional staff, etc. If I was you, spend the extra money and stay somewhere of higher "quality".

Run down, old, poor condition, smelled like people were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana. Lots of noise inside and outside at all hours of the day and night from other guests. The bed was good, though.

Room was clean, bathroom was satisfactory, lots of good (not freat) towels. Very good breakfast buffet - twice I saw all the eggs on the prep cart so I know they make the breakfast items from scratch. That was eggs, hash browns, breakfast sausage, biscuits and gravy and of course, make your own waffles. The rooms and interior are looking a bit tired but definitely not horrible. They was a beautiful pool area but we didn't have time to use it. USA Today is available for free in the lobby - next to the well-kept breakfast room.

Upon check in they required a $100 deposit and it will take 7 to 10 days for the refund. The hotel will not inform you of the refund. I was told to check with my bank

I don't think I've ever reviewed a hotel online before, but I would not want other unsuspecting travelers to have the experience I and my significant other had. Arriving at night, we did not think the premises appeared safe. It was better once the sun rose; however, the property is near an overpass with no open businesses surrounding. The hotel collects $100 deposit, which I saw after paying it that it is in the "fine print" of my Orbitz booking email confirmation. The receptionist explained that it's not uncommon for people to overstay and destroy hotel property. This gave us pause. It wouldn't be the last time. After receiving keys, we moved the car to a location nearest the room. The glass in one of the doors in the external door set was shattered with a sign "use other door." These doors did not lock, and so the hotel was not secure. The hotel entry and halls were not clean, and when we entered the room, things were awry - a soap bar missing from the packaging, open drawers, a hand towel that looked used laying on the sink, and the refrigerator pulled away from the wall. The door deadbolt could not be engaged because it did not align correctly with the frame. We requested another room. It was marginally better. If it hadn't been close to midnight after 9 hours of driving, we would've gone elsewhere. Daylight brought a bit better impression. The staff was friendly and helpful. But for the same money, there is probably a better stay.

It was okay. Staff was great. Unfortunately, we had a broken mirror on the closet door that looked like it wanted to fall. We had to call for a chair for the desk, and unfortunately we didn't realize we had no wash cloths until it was to late to call for them, so we had to make do with hand towels.

No towele, clogged toilet, dirty sheets, bathroom door lock broken, phone didnt work, internet didnt work. Overall horrible experience.

The staff was very gracious and compassionate. Their customer service was top notch. Thank you again

The room “looks” clean but the bedsheets was not changed. There’s strands of hair and bread crumbs on the sheets.

The hotel looked ok. The room was big and it appeared to be clean. There was a bloody bandaid in the bathroom so it was obviously not properly cleaned. The doors were supposed to open by using your key. They were forced open and the locks didn't work. There was a lot of sketchy people on the outside walking all over the parking lot. Homeless people all around. There were 2 cars with broken windows and a car that was missing both headlights. The employee told me not to park in the back of the building. There was no security guard on site! This is not a safe place. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Upon checking in we had to wait for the front desk lady to finish texting on her phone. It was early Thursday morning around 1:15-130 am. The deposit amount is ridiculous. I recommend walking around the room with sock or sandles. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and my feet got super dirty. They dont clean the floors. Walking around you can also feel the floor sinking in. There complimentary breakfast was basically a cheap muffin and water. The orange juice was was nothing but water. Out side they had the trash all over the floor instead of tossing it in the empty bin. There was dog crap all over and they had roaches in the hallways. The pool they advertised was empty. I would not recommend this dump of a place.

We went to Albuquerque for a family reunion. We chose Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque because it was one of the closest hotels to the family. We rented 2 rooms for 5 nights at the hotel of which the room was cleaned only twice. Every day we requested either to the cleaning ladies or the front person to get the room cleaned to no avail. We only went to sleep at night, since we spent the day with our family. So, we always wondered if the room was going to be cleaned when we returned at night.

Thank you James, we are trying very hard here at these difficult times. As you said a staff member did not show. Management works 12 hour days at this property.

The A/C does work but like you said it is hot. The review states you were here several days, we could have moved you rooms.

Thank you Emil, thank you for staying with us. Each bank is different on releasing the incidental hold.
