Good location. Near from major free way convenient to travel and staff was flexible to upgrade our room

Hotel was under construction so most of the hotel looked awful. The room we stayed in was dirty and hopefully not one they had recently renovated as it was done poorly. I don't know how it was rated so high on Orbitz, it was very misleading.

Easy to find location. Room furniture was old and had stains all over them.

This hotel was under construction and there was sheetrock chunks all over the place. There was no way for us to get to pool as the construction workers were littered down the halls on every floor. We were bombarded with the sounds of drilling and hammering until after 10pm and if that wasn't bad enough there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. And when they brought some to us she tried accusing us of smoking in the room, which wasn't true at all! This place has got to be the worst experience I've stayed ever!!!!!!

Shower was very dirty. Then opened the sofa bed, and it was even worse.

Great place. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

We booked with children and they put us in a non smoking room that used to be a smoking room. It was bad. We told the staff at checkout and they said they would be in touch that day to offer an apology. That never happened.

Great value for a nice place in the north part of Albuquerque.

Our family stayed in two rooms for six days at this hotel. The location is convenient to the interstate and close to a gas station and Burger King to fill up and grab a quick bite before venturing around town. It's only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The price was fantastic. This hotel is a great value and we will return again. Check-in was simple and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurts, bagels, juices, coffee, etc.). We used the hot tub and pool nearly every night. We may stay again for the Balloon Fiesta since it's just down the road. Since it's near the north end of Albuquerque, travel to Rio Rancho and Santa Fe are easy. We actually made it from our hotel to the mountains in Santa Fe to ski in about an hour. This hotel is a great value and we plan to return soon!

My stay was a pleasant experience. This is my sixth or seventh time at this hotel. I like the location and the breakfast is enough to get ,my day started.

Good location, easy freeway access on and off, close to food and other sites, friendly staff and good breakfast, room was clean and comfortable, would stay again and definitely recommend for a short or long stay.

Clean, convenient and affordable. Close to the highway and easy to get to.

Comfort Inn's can be counted on to be clean, in reasonably good repair and to have a good breakfast. Somehow we were put in an accessible room, which at the time seemed OK but wasn't once it came time to shower. What a hassle it is for regular folks to bathe in one of these showers. When inquiring at the front desk on our way out how we were put in such a room they blamed [...], "That's what they reserved for you." We'll know better next time.

clean quick comfortable bed and pillows

We arrived they didn't have any rooms for us. We had to find alternate lodging at a higher price.
