It was clean, check in safe from covid, no breakfast, room was big and comfort! Customer service people were really nice!
It was in a good location, the bed was really comfy and the breakfast was hot and fresh.
We picked this hotel because it’s near Tesla supercharger. We are pleased to stay here.
Showrt head was great. But, they are remodeling hotel ams sltjpugh not noidy where we were, the contractors are leaving the place in a filthy condition. Maybe fine when done, but not good now.
No comments, mess half of halls Need to clean elevator
Was on a roadtrip i guess i shouldn't complain for a one night stay. But the restroom behind check in office should be routinely checked. I could get into full details but not trying to disgust readers, one stall was not useable and was that way for several plus hours (evidence present at location). Breakfast needs upgrading.
Everything was ok. The sheets on my bed did have holes in them. Breakfast was wonderful.
Was good experience and close to where I needed to be
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Albuquerque Midtown was in a good location for us to stop on our way to Southern California. Everything seemed to be fine, but when we left the hotel to get food, we were approached by a family asking for money. It scared us because they were sitting on the bench directly outside the entrance and they were well dressed and polite. They said the hotel wouldn't help them and they were short $12 for a room. The other member in my party ended up giving them $20 and we left to get food. Upon our return to the hotel, we asked the desk receptionist, Benny, about the family and he said no one had been inside asking for help. He also stated that security would be there soon. He attempted to comp us the $20 but was unable to due to us booking through a 3rd party (Orbitz). That experience made our time less desirable, but on a side note: Benny was great! He was very friendly, gave us suggestions for dinner and apologized about the experience with the family asking for money.
Nice comfortable hotel for a nights stay while travelling
The staff was awesome. I was under the weather and requested an early check in. They were very nice and I was soon in my room. I also had left some important medication by mistake, and asked them to get it and save it for me when I returned. They did that as well.
The fact that Applebees was right there was great. We were very tired and didn't want to drive any where. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful
This hotel was pretty much average and below.the floors were dirty with shoe prints. There was a dead cockroach by the elevators on the bottom floor near the dining area. Tub was very slippery. Both the room and lobby area had a bathroom odor to them. We had two rooms and our son saw a muddy print on the sheet at the foot of their bed the next morning as they pulled back the sheets. From now on we will pull back sheets first not last.
In town for Busins the hotel was very accommodating and really made you feel at home
This hotel was one of our best hotel experiences compared to many others. It was a 4 Star experience for sure. The room was attractive, spacious, clean, relatively quiet even though we were on the I-25 side of the hotel, smelled neutral, had adequate linens, and nice shower. The WiFi worked adequately, and we very much enjoyed the cleverly designed mini kitchen. We also thought that the breakfast buffet was quite good (eggs, bacon, juice, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, hot cinnamon rolls, pancakes, etc).
I like this hotel. The location close many restaurants!
