This really seems like a well run property. Everything was clean and all were friendly and helpful. I would have liked it if they had more than 2 elevators, but it worked out okay.
Very nice stay
Dining
In a nice area of town with a Panera Bread right next door. Great breakfast. Dinner meal included. Got a 3 drink card for dinner also. One part that can be frustrating but is there are two elevators that everyone 2nd floor and up are funneled through. I think the stairs are at the far ends of the bldg and are not easily accessible. So the 2 elevators become the bottleneck for everyone. The staff was friendly. The place was clean and looked nice. The staff let us check in a little bit early. The pool is 3.5ft to 5ft deep and there is a standard hot tub. Our room was right next to the elevators and I couldn't hear them, so that was great. Pets are allowed. We saw a bunch of leashed dogs around. Blistering hot outside when we were there, but the rooms and lobby were nice and cool.
Nicest staff ever !
Stayed for just one night while driving through Albuquerque. Hotel looked like it could use some updates, but was clean & comfy beds so not complaining...
Every staff member is very friendly
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The beds and bedding were great. The Mountain View from our room was an unexpected bonus.
It was a nice location and people were very friendly
Everything was good, but the maid left hair in shower/tub from the previous guest. I stayed 2 nights and she failed to remove the hair on shower wall. The food was bland and could use seasoning. Other than that I loved the hotel and staff.
The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom had some hairs on the wall in the shower and the carpet wasn’t very clean. The room also had kind of a fishy smell. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, which made it hard to sleep. The pool was freezing, but the hot tub was nice. Overall, the stay was ok. The free hot breakfast was good.
updated and clean rooms, courteous staff, food and beverages included at specific times
The rooms was great. My only critique would be the a/c took a while to cool the room and the elevators were slow. We’ll stay here again.
The air conditioner in the room did not work properly. I was provided with a fan and credit for a free night. The positive attitude of management made a poor situation into a positive experience.
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and very spacious. We would definitely stay there again.
Great service and accommodations! Everything was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and I’d be happy to stay here again.
I loved that they were dog friendly. Also, having both breakfast and diner came in handy, especially when we had been on the road all day.
