We were there for the Balloon Festival. had our own car. For this event the hotel needs to be able to accomodate early schedules that match the times that the festival is very early active. On day one we had to find breakfast elsewhere. On day 2 & 3 the hotel was aware that there was a need. This event brings in billions of dollars to the area all hotels need to be proactive in dealing with clients who are attending.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location, but the best aspect was the exceptional staff. They were accomodating, heloful and friendly. Cant say enough good about them. Would stay here again whenever in Albuquerque

Wonderful service

The staff was so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions as first-time visitors and even dropping everything to shuttle us to the airport. The hotel was clean (although heavy on disinfectant smell), quiet, and minutes from the airport.

We were there on a very busy weekend. The hot tub wasn’t working and they seemed short-staffed for a little while. The breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean. Pretty good overall.
