Staff is wonderful! Vanessa, Alicia, and team go above and beyond. You can tell they take pride in making this a home away from home. Even homemade soup in the evenings! The only reason I didn't give everything 5 stars is because the bed and pillows itself are not 5 star. However, for this price (about $70), it's still pretty amazing!

The facility is dated and room cleaniness is not great . The shower is antiquated with moldy fittings .

We needed a hotel for one night so we could attend a performance at Popejoy Hall, Les Miserables. It was our 38th anniversary and we went to dinner at Zinc. It was just the thing for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. would do it again.

The staff were great. The food was not so great.............................

What made my stay was the excellent friendly staff. The hotel manager even drove us to the airport. The rooms were clean and the room was quiet, we were on the 1st floor. I highly recommend this hotel. Ive stayed in various types of hotels from 5 star to economy style hotels. Their service is easily compareable.

My son and I road-tripped west from Indiana after Christmas. This hotel was nice and very clean. The only drawback was the size. The rooms were small, and the dining area for breakfast was small. It was very crowded. The restaurant had an amazing Mexican chicken soup, however.

I had an early morning flight on a Wednesday so I stayed here Tuesday night. I wanted to drop my rental car off to save some time in the morning. The hotel had the shuttle van follow me to the rental drop off and wait while I turned in my car. I can not recall ever getting that level of service from any other hotel.

Had breakfast ready way before 6 AM for Albuquerque Balloom Festival. Room was a good value

Wonderful place to stay. Easy to get to Old Town, the Airport and rt. 25. Staff .was extremely friendly.

We had an overall bad experience in Santa Fe, coming back home we stayed in the Days Inn by the airport in Albuquerque. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Room was clean, pool was warm and clean as well. Work out room was ok. Shuttle service is excellent, helped us figure out or way back home. We will always come back to this spot whenever we come down that way.

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn. This place was much better than some high priced hotels.

I was impressed with the level of service at this hotel. The staff, especially the night clerk, Eric, was very helpful in transport to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and nice room just minutes from the Albuquerque airport. Great price made this a good choice for our needs.

Bargain for the price. Caring manager and staff. Complementary soup on a cold evening. Wow Good room

Very thin walls. If the person in the next room has the tv on it might as well be in your room.

this hotel was excellent up until our last day... we had some things missing from the room when we returned from an outing.. a couple of souvenirs and a box of ziplock bags that were on the dresser!!! we thought maybe the souvenirs accidentally got thrown away because they were in a bag, although you could plainly see it wasn't trash, but the almost full box of bags on the dresser was deliberately taken...the owner was very apologetic and was going to look into the situation... I hope they can rectify this problem because the hotel is excellent and to let one person ruin that reputation would be awful... I would def. go back again but be very careful with my stuff.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and always helpful. The condition of the hotel, pool and rooms were always top notch. They had a little breakfast each morning, not so good as far as my tastes in breakfast (hot breakfast) but ok. The coffee was a little weak but an extra cup took care of that. They also have soup and toast each evening which is very nice but we spent 6 nights there and the soup never changed (minestrone). I would recommend they mix up the soup a bit from night to night. But for a 3 star hotel, the staff does a great job in doing their best to make it much more. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends when staying in Albuquerque. We have family there so we will be back!

Economical, clean, everything you need for a near-airport overnight.

The only thing I have to say is that the room smelled a little bit like smoke. I know it is hard to control because not all people observe the non-smoking sign in the rooms. Or it could have been from another room, I only smelled the smoky smell when entering the room. The staff was excellent! When I go back to NM I will use this hotel again.

We apologize about your recent stay with us, we understand it wasn't the best. However, we did fix the shower problem, and we're cleaning extra now. If in the future, you're back in Albuquerque, we hope you'd give us a second chance. Safe travels.
