Stay there every year. Always great staff and service

It was great to have the family in one room! Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

The first night the power went out in the hotel and was out for hours. In the meantime fire alarms are constantly going off and when I called down to the front desk, they said don't worry about it, they were taking care of it. 1 1/2 hours later the alarm finally were turned off. When we asked for a wakeup call to catch a very early flight, they told us they took care of it. The call never came but luckily my wife woke us up. When I went down to check out and mentioned it, the clerk on duty looked it us and started laughing and yelled back to the back that insert name did it again and she set the time for 12 hours off. So who would have covered the flight home if we missed it because of stupidity? I doubt they would.

The hotel was very conveniently located to everything. Breakfast was great, everything was clean and we had a good night's sleep since it was quiet. Only con was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway form another guest(s), although it is a smoke-free hotel.

This hotel was a wonderful choice. The staff were exceptionally nice and went over and beyond the call of duty. Drivers of the shuttles were nice, on time and helpful in numerous requests for transportation to the university campus and points of interest.

Great stay after a long drive. Excellent for those needing wheelchair accom.

The hotel was great. Clean room. Very quiet, especially when the proximinty to the airport is considered. Very friendly staff.

My mom and I took a sudden trip to Albuquerque for the holiday weekend, it was so soon that I booked the hotel at 8am and was checking in at 1pm. They were all so nice to take us in so soon and everything was perfect!

The hotel was very nice and located close to the airport. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I gave a four (4) overall because the room was directly across from the hotel/staff laundry and janitorial room and it was a bit loud. Things were going as of 05:00 a.m. Not a big deal - I travel with earplugs now.

We stayed here during our road trip. The place was clean and tidy. It was good value for the money I paid. The kids enjoyed it as well. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Overall, very pleasant experience.

We went to ABQ and holiday inn express was a great location. Only thing I would say is that the rooms were not avail to get our room keys until after 320pm. The staff was helpful but didn't like we had to wait after the time needed to check in. I would stay here again!

Great clean courteous will come back in a few months. Thanks

Very friendly staff, great location and very clean. Would definitely would stay again, great value for your money! !

This may have been the loudest hotel stay we have ever experienced! We were placed in a suite on the basement level, and heard every step taken by anyone on the floor above. There were a lot of those steps, as there was a youth sports team staying there that night. At times it sounded like the ceiling was going to come crashing down!

Very clean, great breakfast and convieniently located on the way to Arizona. Staff we're great, plenty if parking.

Good experience overall. One drawback: the internet was difficult to connect to (wireless) and was down completely on the second night. When I inquired twice about the issue, I was told by the front desk staff to "call the technical support number" located in my room. It was their server that was the issue. This did cause a severe issue with my itinerary as I could not review available flights for a necessary change.

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport.......we had an early flight out our last day. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was also close to many local attractions in Albuquerque. And although close to the airport, the facilty was fairly quiet...minimal airport traffic noise. The staff was very helpful getting us to and from the airport not o my on our travel day, but also to return our rental car the night before.

The hotel and staff were very nice. This was a positive experience, We will visit this hotel again in the future!

Popped into this hotel for a quick one-day visit - arrived late and left early. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and overall amenities were generally above average. Staff was a tiny bit below what I expected, but it was quite late. Location is good if you need to be near the airport (probably NOT walking distance) and the freeway. Puts you on the southern edge of town. Only one or two restaurants nearby.

It's pretty much what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Location is good, close to the airport and easy driving to most attractions. Nice breakfast and decent staff, would go back if back in town.
