Surrounded by industrial properties. Hotel hard to find as it is well off connecting street.

They were doing updates to the property so you could smell the new paint etc.... Several trucks hauling tailers were int he parking lot taking up 4-6 spaces apiece which really limited parking while the property was being updated. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant, my husband liked the breakfast.

Everyone was very nice, the bed was great, breakfast was great. The only things that were bad were the thin walls, apparently the guy next store had a cold because we could hear him sneezing all night. The door didn't seem to close well and the heater was very noisy when it came on during the night. Our room was right next to the stairs and we could hear the door open and slam closed all night. It made me think someone was breaking into our room. We would consider staying here again. They are doing renovations to improve the hotel. We would ask for a room away from the stairs. The room was clean and comfortable.

Check in was fine. They are renovating so with the wind there was cardboard trash that had blown all over the lot. The courtyard was closed stating it was due to the renovation however nothing was being done out there. Hot tub was down, full of debris and bugs. Pool was decent. Now to the room…..sink had hair in it, bathroom counters had hair on them, bathtub was dirty, sheets on bed were dirty. Went back to the desk and asked for a clean room or refund, was told “your room is non-refundable, let me see if I have a clean room” that was extremely disappointing! Not an apology or a let me see what I can do…….seemed like I was bothering. Won’t stay here again and I highly recommend anybody else going to another place.

Nice place to stay for our family

Very pet friendly, great breakfast, quiet room, safe neighborhood and nice staff. Would definitely recommend this place!

Staff was good

Urban 360 Pizza / brew pub within 10 minute walk

The room was dirty. The sink did not drain well the screens are old worn or non existent. There was left over dog food on the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom smelled of wet dog. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once in a 4 4 night stay.

The A/C unit was not working. Took Maintenance 2 hours to show up, he left finger marks on the doors and unit. The keys stopped working after the 1st day and had to be rekeyed daily.

All was good. We arrived at 3pm and requested a 1st floor but the the front desk said the maids were behind scheduled cleaning and none were available. I should have requested it when I reserved with them.

The facility was average, and some of the staff were attentive and helpful; others not so much

Property was fine but the area is sketchy. We had a rented U-Haul 4 X 8 trailer that was solen from the parking lot at around 5:30AM, just 30 minuntes before I went to take our tow vehicle for service due to a malfunction.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I am saddened to hear that you were put into a dirty room and had to be relocated. They are spray painting items for the remodel and they are using the courtyard to do so which is why we have it closed off to guests, we do apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. I apologize that the front desk agent didnt apologize about the cleanliness of the room, I will speak with this associate about this situation to ensure it does not occur again.
