Staff was really nice, rooms are big, beds comfy, new tv, not a fan of the bathroom. Pool was interesting… looks old and dark. Gym is fantastic but limited equipment. I expected more of the breakfast but is free. Safe outside in the parking.

The room waa dirty, one TV and many tiles were broken. We watched a car hit n run on a guest car and there was nothing the staff could do because the security cameras don't cover the entire parking lot and the hired security officer briefly went AWOL. Why does this matter, you ask, because according to the staff the hotel is in a very high crime area. You are getting what you are paying for.

It could have been a wonderful stay but we arrived in Albuquerque exhausted and planning to “do nothing but sleep the first day but apparently there were problems with the fire alarm. It started going off around noon and must have gone off 30 times before they got it fixed. We finally just got up and left, still tired. We had a very tiring visit trying to manage family problems, transported my paraplegic cousin back with us, got home still exhausted, having missed our one chance to rest up, and began the difficult process of settling my cousin in. We overslept breakfast all but one day but it was a nice breakfast the day we did go.

staff was great, very accommodating to our needs but for a recently renovated property there was alot left to be done. Curtain and shades were inaccessible due to broken pulls the pool was closed until the last day of our stay for maintinence and the wall light switches were broken. didn't feel safe for my family with all the homeless people hanging around

Room 218 still had some crumbs (near the bottom of walls), some trash under the couch pillows, there some kind of terrible smell from the hallways (I think the staff had set a fan to redirect it, though the fan was very loud and on pretty much all night) and the shower curtain keep opening while showering (it seems that the bar holding the shower curtain is never l bent, pull the curtains open, letting the water splash out and also there is a crack where the bar is screwed into the wall)

The property and rooms were nice. Outside tho you have to be careful as quite a few homeless and/or riff raff came right up to the benches outside asking for change or cigarettes. There was security but I only saw them once early in the morning.
