the way a person had to use their key crd to use the elevator. That is NOT a better way to operate the elevator, its a stupid thing to do just because you could!!!
Check in was awkward and the staff member was condescending. Shower was clogged up and dirty. Carpet in the room was so gross! Didn’t pack shampoo, conditioner, or lotion assuming they’d be in the room but they weren’t. Checkout staff was very rude and aggressive. Thinking this experience will keep me from returning to this location and Hyatt all together.

Very friendly staff, facilities are quite good, well maintained and clean. Amenities are kind of limited -- they seemed to be out of a lot of food items at cafe, have very few conveniences that can be purchased, etc.
The location was good and close to everything. Didn't like that there was no food offered for our early checkout.
The manager who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating.
Air conditioning did not work well. I called the front desk desk to which they said they would look into it and call me back. They did not ever call me back, when I called them again there was no answer.
Hotel it using COVID as an excuse to cheap out on services and amenities. Hotel restrictions are more stringent than CDC guidelines and state restrictions.
Great hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. Nice big parking space in the back. Room was clean and highly functional. The breakfast was a big plus and way better than expected. We will be back.
