Clean, quiet, close to shopping. Great breakfast buffet.

Check-in was not smooth, no big issues, just that completed rooms were not transferred in the system, which made it seem like no rooms were available! I tried for an early check-in and feel if the rooms transferred over I would have been able to check in early. Other than that, everything was perfect, will stay there again.

Good walking distance to shops. Very convenient. Only thing that was an issue was the breakfast hours. Either front desk gave the wrong hours or workers weren't ready on time. Not much variety for breakfast either.

There isn't much to say about the the hotel itself- it's a fairly standard "Hyatt Place" in terms of the layout of the hotel and individual rooms. The location is a bit odd for this chain- it's in the midst of a shopping area in the northeast heights of Albuquerque, surrounded by shopping malls. It's far from the airport, Sandia National labs, university, and downtown areas. My wife and I live in an outlying part of the state far from Albuquerque. We like to stay here if we're planning to stay overnight and combine some shopping with whatever other reason we might have for going to Albuquerque. It would also be a reasonable choice if you're visiting friends or family who live in the northeast heights.

CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND A NICE HOTEL OVERALL. THE POOL WAS GREAT AS WELL!

The room was huge, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel, in fact, looked brand new and sparkling. Central location, convenient to both I-25 & I-40, couldn't be better. Decent breakfast buffet included each morning. Amenities like a pool and small gym were a plus. Staff helpful, but could be better informed about attractions and the surrounding area.

Very nice. Easy to find. Close(walking distance) to shopping & restaurants. Very clean. Over all great stay.

The Staff that checked us in were very friendly. However the staff that was running breakfast were not very nice. I think the young lady was frustrated because there were lots of guests and she was trying to keep up with it all. All in all it was a nice stay.

Requested a King size bed, they only had two doubles. TV did not work well, many channels fuzzy. No to-go cups for in-room coffee maker. Breakfast buffet pretty marginal. In-room heater kinda noisy

loved workout room, morning free hot breakfast, and general facilities. Would've been nice to have microwave accessible in lobby (since one is not in the room), but in room fridge was nice. Would stay again!

Room was rather drab, but very comfortable. Very comfortable bed, large flat screen, good wifi. Large sitting area. Small swimming pool, but large enough to do laps. Buffet breakfast was slightly above average. I would stay at a Hyatt Place again.

Good experience. Clean rooms and staff was polite. Cleaning employees were friendly and breakfast was nice and warm

The location is fantastic, the rooms are great, but the service you receive is impeccable! With so many options to choose from, Hyatt Place Uptown really sets themselves apart with their service.

This is my second time staying here and I am always pleased with the Hyatt at Uptown. The location is great, near great restaurants, shops, ABQ Uptown and Coronado mall. As a former resident of Albuquerque I prefer to stay on the northeast side of to enduring my visits so this hotel is perfect! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've stayed in hotels that charge more but don't come close to this hotel.

Everything was fine one complaint they never replace tissue in tissue box last two day of stay. Otherwise no complaints. Also young lady for directions to a establishment downtown didn't know how to give directions needs to be inform of mapquest I felt her attempt to be helpful was a D rating. She was helpless a male coworker took over. I thought he would use mapquest but didn't his solution was a c rating. I realize map quest isn't always the best route to take but can be helpful. But yes I like the hotel overall.

Large and modern rooms with large sofa sectionals. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Overall a very nice stay.

Very clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Nice hotel in a great locations. Reasonably priced.

Clean and comfortable, loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops galore!

WE went for a family, wedding. And to visit friends.

As it always has been, an excellent little hotel. Our favorite part is that it is a block away from an excellent restaurant (Marcellos) and also from a Borders Books. Close enough to the airport and walking distance to large mall shopping and other restaurants. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and roomy. The beds/bedding are excellent. The included breakfast is just fine. We will come back whenever we need to.
