Super 8 by Wyndham Albuquerque Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

Good location, the room itself was pleasant. a bit noisy, bland lobby, overworked staff

The bed was so comfortable especially after driving 18 hours.

Nothing worked, Lights, room felt dirty, small fridge was not working well, some staff members were tattooed all over (Very inappropriate to see) Overall I will never stay in a super 8 again.

Apparently between the time I confirmed that there was an airport pickup available up to 10PM and arrival (7 Days later) some of the staff became unavailable. I called three time from the airport letting it ring until receiving “unavailable” recording. When we did finally arrive, there was a sign on the desk, “Sorry for the inconvenience, we will be back shortly.” When the clerk, finally returned, he apologized for the inconvenience. The hotel since then has changed the airport pickup times to 8AM to 5PM

Good size rooms with nice and comfortable bed, quiet and a good place to rest

Close to the airport, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. The room and bathroom felt nice and clean.

My first room was very unclean. There was human hair in the bathroom tub and on the bathroom floor. There was also long brown hairs on the pillowcases. I'm a redhead so these clearly were not mine. I asked for a new room and was given a new room only to find human hair in that bath tub as well. The key card reader on the door was loose to the point the door wouldn't open without brute force and the room had no smoke detector in it.

Staff excellent and very accommodating. Room very nice. Good breakfast options. Shuttle to airport on time and flexible. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very convenient. Good value. Clean. Breakfast didn't appeal to us. Poor coffee.

I was really looking forward to having coffee in my room when I got up, but the reset button on the wall outlet kept popping out whenever I would plug the coffee pot in. I tried several times, but to no avail, so the coffee maker would not work. I did tell the staff about it when I got downstairs. Excellent staff, GREAT breakfast, overall my experience was very good. Here's hoping the next person in can make coffee in room 209! Thank you!

Nice room for the late night early morning check in.

Room is clean and comfortable, but there is no soundproofing. We could hear everything our neighbors said or did. Walking to hotel room from front desk was dirty with large puddles of something Most disappointing was being told that there was no shuttle service to the airport for an early morning flight. The front desk arranged a taxi for us, but that was an added $10. For a service they advertise as providing for guests.

The whole experience was bad. I was supposed to meet my wife at the hotel the staff gave me the wrng info. My wife was snow bound she could not meet me. She called all afternoon but the phone in my room was not working and the front desk attendant kept on telling her that I was not in the room. I spoke to the mgr. next day she said that the hotel will refund me the cost of the room . to this day I have not received any refunds. BAD EXPERIENCE STAFF NOT CONCERN!!!!!!!.

Really run down. Hot tub was cold and pool was dirty couldn’t even see the bottom. Workout room equipment was old and broken.

Most of my friends would pay more for something better, because that's important to them. The room looked much better in the photo. Iam a real estate photographer and know how you can achieve this with lihgting. The shape of the room itself is odd. the furniture is new and clean, room was clean enough smelled a little funny. To improove put more lights that are easy to find, use another room scent or air out, that would do the trick. I had way worse for the same price. NO BEDBUGS, NO hair in the shower or weared stains anywhere and NICE STAFF, CLOSE to THE AIRPORT, Affordable That's most important to me.

Albuquerque can be dicey. Some neighborhoods are clean and quiet while three blocks down is Crack Alley. This hotel is in a clean safe area with wide streets and easy traffic. The desk clerk who served me was the most delightful young woman you could ask for and my stay went flawlwssly. I'll be staying here my next trip to ABQ!

My family and I had an overall great experience staying at this hotel. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Heater was not in proper working order, would not keep at temperature, way too hot. Tried to lower to 60 degrees but it kept coming on and was unbelievable loud. Impossible to sleep. Lots of street noise as well. Poor noise insulation to outside and adjoining rooms. Bedding was way too thin. Everything looked freshly painted and clean but did not get much sleep at all.

We dropped the rental car, spent the night and left at 5 am for our flight. Staff was helpful to print boarding passes, and arrange free transport. Beds were comfy and the room was clean.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet and just minutes from the airport. highly recommend
