Your customer service representative at check in was the most non personable hotel attendant I have encountered in awhile. And I travel a lot to know good service. Also she didn't return my ID when I checked in. I didn't find out about my ID until I was doing a last minute check before my flight. When I went to retrieve it, the new front desk attendant was very pleasant. When she went to open the drawer to look for my ID there were at least 15 other IDs that were in the drawer. Maybe this is a problem at your hotel? Please clue in your front staff.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast hit the spot. Room was nice bed comfy, and very clean, AC filter was clean. Just a minor issue tub needs to be replaced looked like they painted it and it is pealing. Also drain needs is slow. I would stay there again.
