Really a top notch place to stay if you want a boutique hotel with a good vibe. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, well appointed. Recommended
The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It was a good location to see the city and the surrounding areas. We visited Petroglyphs, ate at Sawmill and wandered around. There was a great bagel place walking distance from the hotel for breakfast.
We loved this hotel so much and wished we could have stayed longer! Everything was clean and beautifully designed! The beds were so incredibly comfortable and what could be cooler than the bunk room for kids? The man who checked us in was incredibly friendly and welcoming! The pool was the perfect temperature and felt clean! The bar tender seemed very grumpy and was not very happy about our request for Shirley Temples for the kids.
beautiful renovated place right by old town. staff super friendly
The property was great, close to old town ABQ, very Europeanesq in how the room was decorated but there were a few issues such as no hot water. I was traveling with a friend who had disabilities but not in a wheelchair. The shower had the shower head set for people in a wheelchair so it was difficult to shower with one hand holding the shower head and hurrying up in a cold shower. I thought it was a fluke for me but I asked her after she had her shower and she had the same unpleasant experience lol.
I thought that the hotel staff would have been around in the morning at checkout to take our key and offer us coffee, hospitality. It was a bit of a disapppointment after staying at another route 66 motel.
Love the old Route 66 feel. It was quite comfortable and pleasant, better than some vintage Route 66 properties I’ve stayed in. A little inconvenient that the office is at another motel a half block away. But there weren’t any issues so it was fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
