I get with COVID some amenities may be cut back. However there was zero notification of the managers reception being cancelled and no breakfasts on Wed or Thurs. Additionally, even though we stayed on property for a week, we never received room service, like emptying the trash or fresh towels. Communications and effort were not up to brand standard.

I arrived fifteen minutes before check-in but was turned away. Obviously, 3am is the stated time, so can't be too upset, but that was inconvenient (and something I've never had happen at other hotels), and meant I was lugging in my stuff in again...late at night. The rooms were fine, though the TVs were near-impossible to see from the bed. Coffee set-up was missing a lot of stuff. Otherwise, it's in a great location, though there are other hotels to consider, too.

We loved the room, and the amenities. Very clean and fantastic service. Great location. My only complaint was for a pet friendly hotel, they should have a pet area with grass. We had to walk our dog next door.

We had to request for toilet paper, and it ended up becoming an hour later. So I went down and retrieved my item. Lady said they were short staffed so she couldn't deliver. Room temperature was insane. Extremely hot. We couldn't figure out the dial so the next 2 nights were a nightmare. Freaking hot as can be

Was some remolding going on but we never knew it - all done when not there. Staff was wonderful!

Excellent. Nothing more to add. Convenient location. Nice Room.

Orange juice tasted spoiled . Processed food breakfast. Hampton inn easily beats this so called breakfast bar Another family oriented hotel with shovel the food into the kids before hitting the road. Mediocre breakfast bar.
