The accommodations were very pleasant. Also the water was very hot and lovely.
Room was very small. Bathroom was old; faucet leaked. Wouldn't recommend.

This experience was so bad that I chose not to stay at the property this evening. Fortunately there were many other hotels next door that had occupancy so I stayed at the Comfort Inn a few doors down. Where to start? Because it was all bad. Checking in the front desk clerk was by far the rudest person I have ever experienced at a hotel. After paying for the room I was told I could not get a key until I paid an additional $200 for room damages (which would be returned after my one night stay). Went to the room and it smelled so bad. The carpet was so stained that I would not walk on it barefoot. There was some liquid drying on the bedsheet that looked like it could have been sexually produced. The desk was filthy and smeared. I left the room after a 2 minute inspection and found another property to stay at. Check out was 15 minutes after I paid for the room. Again the front desk person was rude. I asked for the $200 to be released and he gave me reason after reason for not doing so. Would not refund my money for not staying there. Also, there was an underaged girl attempting to check in and the front desk person was an absolute jackhole to her. Bottom line - AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

This hotels policy was not okay. I called before booking to verify I can get a late checkin was told it would be okay even put a note on file, apparently it wasn’t okay and there was no note and I was still charged. According to Orbitz this happens a lot . Couldn’t get a refund from anyone.

Its a nice place to to sleep. Its clean. On this stay they were short handed so it took me an hour to get a room. And it wasnt just me 5 other people were waiting for rooms. Staff was great. I would stay again.
