We stayed in the area for shopping, didnt know everything is like a 10 minute walk which was extremely helpful. Staff were very friendly as we checked in and the whole experience was great.

Good location but bad shower

Great location. Shower water pressure was very poor and it took twice as long to shower as a result. We called front desk and supposedly a maintenance person worked on it. It was still very poor pressure. We were there five nights. On Sunday July 6, they did our room and left no clean bath towels and one dirty one. We had to call to get more towels. The breakfast buffet was okay but there were no changes to the menu while we were there. All in all, it was okay, but next time I'll look for a better place.

The staff was not friendly or accomodating. I needed towels and they couldnt find in the entire hotel. I had to get upset for them to find them. So it was extremely upsetting. A 5-star hotel didnt have extra towels.

* Trouble with wifi because i wasn't a 'member', that was very unusual * shower leaked all over floor. Property was beautiful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy. I loved that it was not a cookie-cutter hotel and was designed with the location in mind. The pool was extremely relaxing, and not overcrowded. The property location was a plus, where we could walk onto Main street and eat, drink, shop, etc.. After the long drive to get there it was nice to not have to drive to do things.

Typical Hilton only two luggage carts for the entire hotel because they think they look shoddy. So it’s better to inconvenience us with multiple trips and keep our vehicles parked longer. Hours after check-in carts are still not available because people keep them in their rooms. I could hear other guests asking for them as well. Also pool door access doesn’t work so front desk has to let people in each time
