Loved the cookies. Wished that breakfast could have been included or hadn't been so expensive. We just don't eat that much food to justify spending $8 each

Very friendly staff and clean building and rooms. Access and parking are slightly difficult and the coffee wasn’t very good.

Front desk could not verify corporate rate. Room was not cleaned prior to checkin. Breakin in the parking lot.

First nite not so good, had a problem with the air conditioner and had to change rooms about 11 PM. Rest of stay ok.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, I particularly like that there was a mini fridge and microwave available in the room. The price was a bit high for what you get. The swimming pool area was clean.

hotel met our expectations. Slept great. Climate controlled nicely in room

My trip to New Mexico was fun though the hotel was a bit farther from the places i visited it was very comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. overall i would stay here again :)

Overall we had a good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The bar is fairly priced, but breakfast was way overpriced for what you got. The pool and spa were clean and the staff was very attentive. As far as breakfast is concerned, I would recommend walking across the parking lot to Cracker Barrel. You'll have a wider selection and it'll be cheaper. Oh, I almost forgot, they have Kurege coffee makers in the rooms with all the supplies. It was really nice to have a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

While we had no problem with this property in general, the fact that we were placed in a handicapped accessible room was curious since neither of us is handicapped and we didn't request it. While we certainly would have appreciated the room had we needed such accommodations, the shower situation caused a minor nuisance. The hotel certainly was not booked to the point of necessitating us taking such a room. This, combined with the price which was probably slightly on the high side, leads to me knocking a star off and putting it at 3.

Hotel was okay. Swimming area needed to be cleaned, Beds were uncomfortable. Was an average stay for the price. Could of been much better.

Wireless internet service was strong in the room and plenty of outlets.. Available business center made it easy to print boarding passes. They also have network printing from your room but did not try. No restaurant or entertainment on-site, but national chains nearby. Very friendly staff. Cash Bar & Breakfast daily

Second time at this location and again an excellent stay. Staff was extremely cordial and attentive. We made use of the pool and spa this time and were pleasantly surprised…had the whole pool to ourselves! The only down side was on checkout there were no luggage carts available. This issue should be looked into but other than that no complaints. The fresh cookies each night is also a very nice touch that we appreciated.

Hotel service was great. Room was clean and well taken care of. No free breakfast, but good coffee.

The customer service we recieved was terrific! The hotel was very refreshing and clean, the rooms were very comfortable.

I always find Hilton Garden Inn staff to be amazingly friendly. This location was great; rooms were extremely clean; beds were so comfortable; just an overall great hotel stay.

I did not stay at the hotel and tried unsuccessfully to cancel the reservation. I called the hotel and they would not take the cancellation[...]

We stayed overnight in Albuquerque so we could hit the zoo right when it opened. It was quick and easy to get there from this hotel. We have tried several hotels in Albuquerque, and the Hilton Garden Inn (this and the one near the airport) is consistently the nicest and the easiest for traveling with small children.
