Ocean Reef Resort

I went to Myrtle Beach to help my aunt move and stayed here just for one night because we got a great deal on the property but I will definitely be back during peak season it looks incredible and my kids would love it

There is nothing as you will expect to have. Shopping for everything like dishwasher liquid, dishcloth, pots and pans, paper towels, and don't expect to have ocean front just because that's what you thought you reserved. They will tell you angle side is also considered as ocean front. Don't be fooled bt the pics they are much smaller in person.

The whole experience at this resort was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. We had an ocean front room on the 5th floor and the view was stunning. This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and enjoyed it. We will definitely be staying at Ocean Reef again.

excellent place to stay especially if you have young children. water slide, lazy river and more.

Hotel was very good, I think the overall score of 4.2 hits it right. Rooms outdated and a little dirty, but not the worst I have seen. Balcony and the view are amazing. Pools were great, water slide was fun. Check In and Check Out were smooth, fast and easy. Parking wasnt an issue, but its mostly across the street....unless you Valet. Next door is the Long Bay Resort and they have a Starbucks....so a 30 second walk gets you Starbucks if thats your thing. Also, River City Cafe is about a 2 minute walk away and has really good food. Overall, resort was nice....I would stay again if the price was right. Location, pools and beach were the main selling points for me.

Wonderful facility!! Beautiful beach, close to all events.

Good hotel and price, view was awesome in an oceanfront room.

Great time at Ocean Reef. However the rooms need some updating and repairs. The door was hard to open as it stuck. Balcony door had broken lock and could not br fully closed. Not a big problem as we were on the 14th floor. Staff a big plus there when we needed them and always friendly. Would return and do recommend.

This is one of the best hotel in Myrtle Beach.lalways stay at ocean reef. The ocean view are breath taking. The room are always very clean had a problem with the toliet not flushing and they sent some one up within minutes. The front desk are very friendly and check in was a breeze

We had an oceanfront room with a private balcony on the third floor. There was just a small expanse of lawn between us and the beach. With the patio door open we were able to listen to the waves all night. The room was exceptionally clean. Coffee maker, microwave, dishes and silverware, iron, hair dryer and even a small safe were provided. There is an outdoor and indoor pool. There is a small restaurant for breakfast and a night time place to go, but we did not check them out. There is also a Starbucks in the building. This was our second stay and we would definitely return.

We live 20 minutes away from myrtal beach and we do a family getaway every summer ! oceans reef is the 1st place we try n book !!! I can honestly say I can't find 1 negative thing!!!! It's clean, spacious, kid friendly, restaurants are good !! I would definitely recommend there mudslide at the outside bar. Yummy. Overall A++++.

Great room, great price. Friendly staff. Ocean front view

Excellent place to stay even just for one night on a weekend fishing trip. Free DVD rental and great WiFi... Also a nice atmosphere... Not the best location in my opinion 7100 n ocean Blvd but none the less can't beat the room for the price.

Nice Stay, Good Location, can improve on bathrooms.

Hotel was awesome. Everything that could go wrong went wrong on this trip like the rental car and uhaul but the hotel was the only thing that went right. Made reservations online and when I got there everything went so smooth from check in to the check out. Rooms very clean and amenities were awesome. Customer service awesome. Highly recommend this place. I've stayed at others there and this place blows them out of water. Great family hotel. Lots to do...

Wifi was terrible other than that it was great vacation.

Should let guest know a head of time about the matience fee that they hold for over a week

Enjoyed stay, good breakfast, also offered free mini golf

The three bed/2 bath room Angle ocean view was very nice, clean, fully equipped, Staff was friendly courteous, and pleasant . Great hotel in a quiet area .
