Crown Reef is a great resort very clean the staff was very nice and accommodating it’s in a great location only 5 mins from the airport, comfortable beds, clean pool plenty of towels close to restaurants and stores.

A decent stay

Compared to another stay in this area Crown was an upgrade but definitely not the best hotel I’ve been to. For the area to be marketed as a population destination they could stand to update the hotel accommodations. The hotel was in average condition (old slides, old microwaves/ kitchenette,etc.) but has so much potential. It was strange and kind of dangerous that every room floor opened out to a level of the parking lot which was easily accessible for non guest. It did give more of a resort/vaction feel with the pool entertainment and the access to the beach was nice.

Property was nice. Had a luau party slides was nice. Hot tub very nice. Restaurant was expensive and the bartender was the absolute worst. His name is Ellis he was very rude and didn’t care that I reported him to the food and beverage manager who seemed to not care that his stuff was rude and condescending towards myself and my daughter. I’m still looking into actions that it wld never happen again. I canceled my next year trip. Were going back to th sea crest resort

The biggest downside was the parking fees, which quickly increased for an extended stay. The pool area was another disappointment — the water was cloudy and didn’t look clean, and staff stood by the pool on their cell phones. So we only used it once during our entire trip. It felt sketchy, which was unfortunate since the pool/beach was one of the main reasons we booked here. The hotel itself was fine. The rooms were a little outdated, but the staff were pleasant. However, the parking costs and the pool conditions took away from the overall experience. With some improvements, especially to the pool maintenance, this could easily be an 8 or 9 out of 10 stay. Overall, I rate this place a 7

Expensive but not a great stay

Pros: next to beach, lot of pools and hot tubs , ocean view, kids friendly, small kitchen, arcade, onsite restaurant Cons: cleanliness is vey poor, poor maintenance of elevators, lot of cockroaches in the pool, no bath rooms next to the pool, bad smell all over, you can smell the next guest cooking , you need a rental car for moving around for dinner, you have to request for room service
