I was disappointed. The hotel is not clean. The room smells bad. They do not have a wakup call systme. They did not clean the room but my stay was only 2 days. They asked me at the front desk to either pay $40 and pay a deposit of $200 towards any damages to the room...i never seen such a charge....I do not recommend the hotel at all

While my child had a blast at the water park, the hotel wasn’t very clean. We did go during bike week and it was impossible to get in and out of the hotel without direction. The bathtub was dirty and still had an old wet dirty rag from the last occupants of the room.

The whole place could be awesome with better management or just management that cares. Check in was a mad house. Trying to get towels was a problem both for the room and at the pool. Beach access was great though and there was plenty of things for the kids to do.

This property is a decent place to stay. The only complaints i have is there were cocroaches in the inside pool area. The out side pool area in the evening needs someone cleaning it they have people doing it during the day. The outside hot tub needs some tlc in the one corner as well. The room was clean just needed more than 2 towels. But they were more than happy to have cleaning bring some up.

I habd a very good experience at the Landmark. The price, location and amenities made it a very good value. I stayed in room 1417, which has been remodeled recently. Excellent views, comfortable and quiet. I would ask for this one again.

Great value the price is excellent and the rooms are nice. I stayed in room 819 which seems to have been upgraded from all the rest of the rooms. Very nice very quiet and great views.

Not the best!
Would not stay here again, Staff acted bothered to help us with towels or toiletries, room was not ready by 4 pm. Every dis in our room was dirty there was trash left behind that was not cleaned up, our toilet was so nasty it had pee at the base of the toilet. I asked if they had any cleaning tools for us to clean it ourself we were laughed at and told no. We had a mop in our room but no broom. When I asked for one to sweep they told me they don give out brooms. Housekeeping also did not ever clean our room. The pool was green and slimy on the flooring, the hot tubs were filled with nasty brown water. But the chlorine level was so high it burned my kids eyes and faces are red with a rash. Pool towels were never available. rooms were dusty, floors were dingy, elevators were scary to even be on. Thankful there were no bugs.

The staff was very rude. We made an online reservation, that stated OceanFront. However the room that we were put in, was the view of a parking lot. When we asked to be place in the room we paid for, they charged us an additional $25, after paying $298 for one night. Also the rooms were falling apart at the seams literally.

The Landmark Resort did not live up to my expectations at all. The description of the room I booked stated it would be a court yard view. The view was actually of the roof of what I am assuming was the convention center with heating/cooling units all over the top. The balcony and roof was littered with cigarette butts. When we stepped off the elevator, the rancid smell of mold and trash was enough to make you gag it was so bad. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom. There is no daily housekeeping service. We had to ask for toliet paper daily since they would only allow you have have 1 roll of what had to be the cheapest toliet paper I have ever seen. We asked for clean towels and wash cloths and were told we could only have 2. While my family was at the indoor pool, we witnessed a man come through and grab another mans phone and backpack and take off running and jumped the fence outside. There were other visitors that attempted to assit in stopping the thief, but he was apparently very skilled at his chosen career path and got away. The security guard seemed to have a look of here we go again on his face once he arrived. The night we arrived it was 3 am and the guests upstairs had their music blaring. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

Wouldn’t recommend due to big infestations.
The condo was very outdated and broken down. Not to mention we found roaches in it and the front desk said they get maintenance to spray for them as they already knew they were infested……. Very noisy hotel with people fist fighting in the hall ways. Did I mention it has roaches????
