It took a while for check in. The front desk seemed unorganized calling customers for different things for example: those who were just there to pick up keys. The facility is old and needs repair. My room had roaches. However, the staff was nice.

Best Resort, Lots of fun things to do at the hotel and around the area.

I booked non smoking both my neighbors smoked, my fridge was dead, they had to open my door with a crowbar and it was to be fixed and wasn’t. Maintenance said they would fix it Friday or Saturday and did not. They said there was nothing I could do about smokers.

Hotel has lots of wear but decent. lovely beach views and the only hotel on the strip with a walk over from the parking garage. Banquet food was excellent. bartender Daniel was very nice and accommodating.

Hotel staff was pleasant. Location was nice. Murphy and couch bed were very uncomfortable and unusable to sleep. Foul smell constantly lingering around Tipsy Turtle and tables set up for dining. Shark bites/sugar shac could really use and upgrade- very worn down. Pools we're not cleaned often, always stuff floating in them and we did not want to get in the water most times. Stayed at different resort for less money the day prior and was disappointed at leaving that resort to come to this one.

On our second night the electricity went out. Our room was on the 14th floor and there was no back up lights in the hallways or stairwells. My husband had to use the flashlight on his phone to get us safety out of the hotel bc after the first hour, the room started to get warm from no air circulation. Very unsafe with little children!! The water temperature of the pools at night were always freezing cold. Our room was pretty clean overall. Luckily we got our room at a good price but I wouldn’t pay full price for this hotel.

The room/hotel wasnt bad. But housekeeping left our door open. Left the room around 11, made sure the door closed, came back 9 hours later, door was not closed. Hotel management offered a "food credit" when I complained. Im sorry, but a food credit is not worth the risk of having my door open for anyone to come in all day. It is unacceptable and inexcusable. Will not be back. Also, the indoor pools, especially the hot tubs, reek of body odor and bacteria.

Fire alarm was pulled several times n we had to evacuate with my infant daughter down several flights of stairs. Check was terrible. I waited n a line 20 to 30 mins before being given a room.

This hotel is outdated and needs a lot of work. The swimming pools are dirty and the rooms are not that clean. The room keys has malfunction problems and have to insert it many times to open the door. The elevators stays wet all the time and hallways don’t have AC. We won’t be staying here on our next vacation. Not worth it for the money.

It was a nice stay and very clean. The staff was respectful and helpful whenever needed. The pools were clean and food was nice. I would reccomend a friend anytime.

Hotel location is nice, but the rooms are dirty and wifi did not work during our entire stay. No staff ever came to clean the room, even after requesting fresh towels with the front desk. There are several other hotels on the strip for less money that would provide a better experience.

I booked for an ocean view and received a middle of the hotel/rooftop/street view with a damaged air conditioning unit. I am definitely NOT happy with that. I also was not given pool passes.
