Excellent staff

The toilet seat was broken and dirty. I had to contact staff 3 times to fix the toilet. Also, I had to clean the seat because it was filthy.

Loved our stay at Marriott Hilton head. Beach is beautiful never seen sand like this.

We were in multiple rooms since each room had issues (deadbolt not working, toilet not working, light bulbs out). We also got food poisoning after eating at the restaurant (bad shrimp). We will not be going back. For $600 a night you would expect a lot better.

This property is very outdated especially bathrooms need renovation badly. No in-room food service and substandard food quality in breakfast buffet. Would not stay there again.

They didn’t clean my room at all. They said it was due to COVID. So during my 2 night stay I had to use the 1 little bar of soap they give you, the same towels, only 2 packs of express coffee, no room glasses, and un- emptied trash cans. I had to go ask for it all. What if I was there a week? The very least they should do if not entering your room is leave a little necessity basket at your door daily. It just to me like they were saving money and not about COVID.

Room was not ready upon arrival, had to wait over 40 minutes even though check in starts at 4:00 pm Roaches in the room, loose tile around the entry and bathroom ceiling had signs of water problems

Everything was nice except if you stay three nights or less housekeeping did not clean your room. I also think that the resort fee you have to pay is ridiculous especially when they didn’t even clean your room,

Beautiful

My family and I joked that this was a Motel 6 on the beach. No offense to Motel 6. The amenities for even $25 a day are not worth it. It is just an old tired resort that needs sooo much help. Staff was very unhelpful and unapologetic for anything. WIFI is horrendous. You can't work and kids can't hardly use devices on property. I am a Lifetime Marriott rewards status member and was put in the worst room on the property. I can't stress enough how awful this property is. There were beams falling due to water leaks on the 2nd floor. Just tired. Sad.

The hotel was not clean, i had to call ea day for clean linens several times. No onsite map of anything in or about the hotel. Food and deink prices theough the roof.

We loved staying on the beach and the view was stunning. Our room was also incredible. We had very kind doormen and I felt like we were being taken care of. Our issue was that we went down to the pool Friday around 5 and the bar said they were shutting down (on a Friday afternoon, is that normal??). We managed to get a few $10 small cans of beer and headed to the hot tub. Both hot tubs fit about 2 people each and they were both flooded with families so we had to wait for over 30 minutes. We finally get our chance and the heater is broken, what a waste of time. We finished our overpriced beers in the lukewarm tub and went for a walk on the beach instead. For the price we paid to stay there you'd think it would be set up better.

Paid for ocean view and when we got here they told us it was partial.

Location. View and access to the beach. It was the perfect environment for relaxation.
