The first room had a broken mini fridge and a leaking toilet. They moved us right away to a better room. In general, it was hard to sleep due to very thin walls and loud guests. There was a weird smell in the bathroom maybe due to the water.

Room was nice, clean and spacious. The view with a very big sliding window was amazing. Had a few problems with a/c, elementary size small toilet with the largest tank ever that we had to make sure wasn't hung up and a 1st the hot water at sink is dangerous Hot. Staff was nice but had a problem with desk and charging wrong card!!!

The staff were really great ! The outside view is amazing! And the outdoor area is great. That said , the hotel itself is falling apart … paint chipping in the room , rust. Carpets are torn around the hotel . The indoor pool has lights that barely work. The paint in the indoor pool is chipped off and floating in the pool. The ceiling is leaking everywhere . Honestly , it’s time to tare down and rebuild ? The smell inside is awful. You can smell how old and moldy it is , and they musk it with a whole ton of cologne. Like walking into a hollister … Pretty crazy for such a high price.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had an ocean view room and it was amazing looking out at the sunrise and sunset. The desk staff were very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The valet staff was excellent, especially Joey and Charles.
