Room was not cleaned nor trash emptied for 3 days. Room was unoccupied. Day 3 had to call twice to get it cleaned. They gave our keys to my room to another family!! Luckily they were kind and didn't not steal our 2 lap tops or very expensive camera! We spoke to them in the hallway. My keys were deactivated and they were given our room keys. No real care from front desk when reported -whatsoever. The female bartender was super slow. No alcohol in expensive drinks either. Waste of money at the bar. A room above us was throwing full soda cans and other items from the balcony (high floor) down to the pool area- Very dangerous for all down there in the middle of the day. This is not hotel fault however that was very dangerous for patrons below especially young children.

This property did not meet up to the photos online. It is outdated and the carpet emits a musty odor. They should really consider switching to tile especially since people leave the pool in their wet swimwear, take the elevator and walk in the hallways with wet swimwear. They do offer 24-hour reception, daily housekeeping service, TVs, telephones, clothes racks or small closets, and private bathrooms—with showers only. There is no on-site dining but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We loved this hotel. It had a lot of swimming pools for the kids, and beach access. The breakfast options at Starbucks were slim pickings and they didn't have very much the kids liked. The rooms were spacious. There is only 1 bathroom (single use) for everyone to use while down at the pools, and there was always a long line for it. Many would stand around and complain while waiting.

Nice place to stay on the beach. Except used towels and full trash can left and not cleaned up before checking into room.

Overall stay was excellent no major problems the only thing I found wrong with the room was a smoke detector was off the wall and the save battery to put my valuables and was dead but other than that will stay at that hotel again the views were good just wish the weather was a little bit better

It was what we expected. A good value for one of the bigger hotels on the strip. Would go back again.

It want the best of best but ok.I would visit again bit check room first

Rule and regulations are not stated clearly online. The person that came in behind me have the same problem. They were sent away to check into another hotel. They don't even try to accomdate you. But the compass cove down the rode was fabulous.

Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet for the time of the year. Located with nearby shopping and restaurants.

Staff was very pleasant. Facility was clean. Overall, our experience was good.

Easy accsess. Communicate with txt with great response time and a can do attitude. Rooms were clean.

it was a very nice location. could see the beach from our hotel and it was very easy to access the beach.

Had a drink spill on our sheet, sheets were not changed the 3 days there. Views were nice. Gym didn't open til 8am and was very outdated equipment.

Requested a crib when booked hotel, no crib after checking in. Have to make several calls and wait almost four hours and they bring pack'n play, no crib available. Sink was dirty and clogged. They cleaned it only on a second day and did nothing about clogged. On a third day of my staying and after several calls and complaints, they just took plug from the sink and water finally start goes away but now there was a nasty smell from a sink hole. Also, someone from housekeeping took white headband from the bathroom. Thank you guys, never stay here again.

Air condition really loud, everything else was fine.

Nice hotel but not very happy with check in.Checked in at 12:30 didn't get room until 4:45 because I was told I was waiting on a certain room. Room number was put on my check in paper so when I received a text it was ready sent the kids to wait at the door. During this time someone else got the room and I was given another room. My problem was I'm OK with another room but why was I told I had to wait for that room.

Hotel is way to packed you can't enjoy the pools with out being stuffed and rushed

Great beach access, nice pool facilities, room was good (just what you'd expect for a "beach" place). Not as close to the boardwalk as I would have liked, but Myrtle Beach really requires a car, so not that bad.

Took grandchildren for their spring break. They enjoyed the pool facilities although still too chilly to really enjoy outside pools. Closeness to beach was great! Was disappointed that no dining facilities open on premises ( except breakfast) b don't think they were anticipating as many guests as were there. Check in was bit of pain. Got there about 3:50 (check-in 4:00). Had to come back at 4:00 and stand in line another 20 minutes to get room key. Only 2 people working at front desk and that caused delay with long line. Otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable setting for a family vacation. Staff was always willing to help and answer all questions according to their abilities.
