Great pools and hot tubs! But recommend you bring your own towels because there are not enough and when asking for more the staff has none clean to give. Parking is terrible. If your trying to come and drop your stuff off at the hotel and then proceed to the garage instead of lugging it across the street the security guard is not with that! He will literally stand at your car and tell you to move even though he knows what your doing! There is no live music. WiFi password will stop working after 24 hours. Not all channels listed are what are available on cable. Beds are comfortable. Drinks are way over priced. I DoorDash for cheaper than the cost of an alcohol beverage here.

Walk right out the door to beach. Was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was very clean

Contacted front desk after realizing tv wasn’t working, rude so I waited til next day, they said maintenance would be to fix it, never fixed...

Housekeeping sucked. Otherwise the hotel was great

Well, aside from the constant smell of pot in the elevators and all through the property, our room was not very clean. There was hair on the floor, on baseboards and in the corners, especially in the bathroom. Also, the door to our room was damaged. While we could lock it securely, there was a rather large gap in the door where it wouldn’t completely close. We could hear the wind and everything else. This was nothing like our previous experience at this property.

I was pleased with the room and cleanliness and front desk staff were great. However, I wasn't to pleased with the late night partying, loud music, and yelling. Also the parking area where to unload was to narrow to maneuver a large vehicle. Last, having to go on the outside to enter the indoor pool, just to cold. Last I didn't see any ventilation in the pool area and the chlorine was to strong. My family and I all were red, breaking out in rash and itching. Maybe if you can take care of those problems we may visit again. Thank you

Our stay was really nice, great location to the beach and other activities

Everything was nice And everything around was very convenient

Close to the ocean !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Parking not very good!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish there was more done to keep kids out of what should be adults-only areas (e.g., the bar area, hot tubs, etc).

The pool areas were nice, but bathrooms are a distance, hotel itself is outdated

The property was nice and clean. The pools was nice the water park was nice for kids up to 10 but not for teens

Parking is ok.. great if you have a handicao pass. Kids loved water park. Same price for virgin drinks. Otherwise not bad. Loved the rooms.

Great location ,friendly staff. B

It was nice having many pools but there were many water bugs at night crawling everywhere and they would run under your feet when you walked causing you to crush them. The water lines were crossed up when we got there in our kitchen so the hot was hot and the cold was hot. Maintenance told us that someone complained before but it was never taken care of. They repaired it while we were there and cut our water off without warning us so we had to wait as we were going out and could not shower. The cleaning people only came by once to take out our trash and give us towels and that is only because I had to stop one of them and ask them. The elevator was also down at one point to the parking garage causing me to have to walk up 5 stories. The hotel talked with me and stated they were really sorry and they should have handled it better but offered no discount or anything to make amends. Makes me think they are just putting on a show and don't really care about how the guest are done. I would never go back!
