A vacation paradise! Beautifully decorated and recent kitchen renovations combine to make this a relaxing and zen like coastal retreat. One bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This second story one bedroom Sea Cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25". Private balcony with ocean, beach and pier views. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, full size stainless steel appliances and bright white cabinetry. We provide all linens and one bath towel per guest. Wall mounted flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Private access to beach, fishing pier (you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.), community beach front pool, and laundry facility round out this vacation condo. Condo is 490sqft *No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or an app on your phone. We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one! **This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.
2023 update: This sea cabin was just completely painted including doors and trim!
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
