Pros:
The location is truly the highlight of this resort — beautiful harbor views and an excellent setting, especially for enjoying sunsets and the waterfront atmosphere. The bikes provided by the hotel were a nice touch and made it easy to explore the surrounding area, which we really enjoyed.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels dated and in need of updates. We were traveling with family and were told at check-in that our rooms would be connecting, which was important to us and had been confirmed in advance. However, they were not connecting, which was disappointing and inconvenient.
The bathroom door in our room did not lock, which was uncomfortable, especially for a family stay. Breakfast was average at best — comparable to a free hotel breakfast, with the addition of smoked salmon, but not what you would expect at the restaurant.
