It was a very nice place to relax and refresh. Unfortunately, our timing was bad. We look forward to staying there again when we get to visit the Charleston area.

Your staff are fabulous. The shuttle helped us so much. All the drivers were Grest. Sean was so informative pointing out things we were interested in. We will come back. Already told our friends to stay there too.

Pros- Quiet location, near Patriots point, free shuttle to downtown. Clean. Cons- You really need to Lyft/Uber or have a car as it is not close to anything else. Breakfast was an overpriced buffet $26/pp is would be free at most hotels.

liked coffee water available but restaurant pricey. some of the property being renovated and noisy dusty areas. tub in bathroom not completely clean and bathroom dusty but could be due to construction at end of hall or upgraded and not known as needed cleaning

Liked the location and shuttle service. Rooms were small and not enough activities to be considered for a resort fee.

Convenient location, limited food and beverage hours.

Comfortable bed, beautiful view and gorgeous room. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Didn’t have room we purchased (King Bed), got stuck with 2 Queens. Staff was uninformative, did not follow up and not helpful. Had very limited knowledge of Spa options, just sent us to a different building. Food options were not good

The best feature was the close proximity to local places of interest. The only detriment was a used bandage that was found in the shower

All is great except TV’s. It’s 2019 and they still don’t have HDTV! Staff is amazing!

The staff was very friendly. The shuttle driver Mac was amazing and so much fun! Enjoyed our drive downtown with him. His wife Beverly was a sweetheart too. The property itself was a bit dated and had a moldy smell to it. Our room was cold and when we tried to put the heat on it wasn’t working. The windows were so dirty, the screen was ripped so we were unable to open the sliding door.

We have stayed here many times over the years. We like the location and overall like the facilities. Unfortunately, this time we had a lot of issues with the shower leaking on to the floor and spent quite a bit of time cleaning up. Hoping the issues were just a fluke. Also was not thrilled with the resort fee amount for this time of year when you really can’t use the pools, etc.

Love locatio Shuttles to city View But THIS HOTEL HAS NO CABLE TV ! Only smart tv apps. The regular stations are on a regular antenna and give you a snow filled screen. If you want to watch live news on stations other than NBC and CNN stay somewhere else. !!!!!!!

Beautiful! Should include breakfast option though - continental at least

Liked - Pool, Harbor, location and free bicycles. Staff was excellent everywhere - front desk, pool, cleaning staff. Disliked - Room and bathroom small. A/C was loud and ran constantly. Price was a lot of money for value. Resort fee of $28 per day for the use of typical amenities like pool and fitness center are ridiculous but typical for these hotels once they put "resort" as part of the location name.

Shocked to pay a 28.00 resort fee plus all the other taxes. Made a somewhat decent price outrageous

Loved this resort. We enjoyed the pool and the location. Right next door is the USS Yorktown musueum. Across the harbor is Charleston. Mt Pleasant offers many nice restaurants. Only gripe is the issues we had with internet service most obvious poolside.

The amenities are phenomenal! Love the pool at the Beach Club!
