Beautiful Beach Front, Balcony views, Paradise in Destin

Sundestin is located right on the beach, this unit is direct ocean front, it has 1 Bedroom, with a double bunk in the main hallway, that the kids will love, the living room has a Murphy Queen size bed and the balcony looks at the beach. This unit sleeps 6. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit, we also provide a Keurig Coffee machine with several different kinds of coffee. This is truly a vacation home away from home and we updated the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and much more. ( Note: Vacasa does not manage this condo! We manage our own condo!) Thanks for looking!

We weren’t told about balcony view being closed . Both pools were closed! The furniture needs updated or cleaned. We stayed just two night and rented a place at Pelican Beach Resort. Really nice and priced the same. Sun Destin needs to shut completely down and remodel.

I cannot say enough about this trip ! The restaurants were amazing so many choices. The condo was awesome and can't say enough about the view! But most importantly the host was so friendly and accommodating. The communication was top notch! Can't wait too come back next year !

The property was nice and the condo was great. My only complaint was the construction, Way loud and certainly could not take a nap. No hot tub, no out door pool, no splash pad, inside pool was nice the little bar had good burgers. Wish someone had told us about construction...but you gotta make money!!!!! Thank you

POOR COMMUNICATION

STAYED AT SUNDESTIN BEFORE THIS ROOM WAS LIKE MOST OTHERS CLEAN BUT OUTDATED A BIT OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US IN EARLY BUT WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF POOL CLOSING DURING MID STAY AND HOT TUB WE WOULD HAVE HAVE BOOKED HAD WE KNOWN ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR OUR TROUBLE AND LET DOWN BUT STILL HAVE NOT REC'D TRIED CONTACTING OWNER TO NO AVAIL. NOT NECESARRILY HIS FAULT BUT WE PAID TOO MUCH TO NOT BE ABLE TO USE POOL FOR FULL STAY AND HOT TUB WE ENDED UP LEAVING A DAY EARLY BC WE WERE REALLY UPSET NO COMMUNICATION W OWNER UNTIL I REACHED OUT TO VRBO ONLINE HE STATED HE WOULD SEND A MONEY ORDER TO ME FOR OUR TROUBLE BUT ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NO REFUND OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE WE BOUGHT ROACH SPRAY BC THEY HAD A FEW NOT OWNERS FAULT BUT WE JUST USED PRECAUTION TO NOT CARRY THEM BACK BEDROOM HAS SOME TYPE OF UNUSUAL MOLD SMELL I COULDNT PUT MY FINDER ON IT BUT IT DIDNT RUIN STAY BUT MAYBE THAT CAN BE CHECKED ON IF NOONE REPORTED THEN CANT BE FIXED THE LOCK ON BALCONY DOOR WAS BROKEN WE MANAGED TO FINANGLE WITH IT TO LOCK IT AT NIGHT CONDO BLDG ITSELF IS ON BEACH NEAR EVERYTHING BUT JUST SUCH A LET DOWN WITH POOL BC WE DO USE POOL DAILY AND HOT TUB AND SO AGAIN HAD WE KNOWN WE WOULD HAVE BOOKED AT A DIFFERENT PLACE I DONT THINK THAT WAS RIGHT THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT IT AND NOTHING DONE TO MAKE IT RIGHT

Great Property!!

This condo had everything you needed and was the best condo we have stayed at yet. The owner was great to work with and very accomodating! The facility is undergoing renovation so the outside pool was closed they said through July but it didnt look close to being done that was a bummer but nothing the owner had any control of!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

The condo was great, clean and had everything we needed. I just wish I knew the resort was doing repairs because the main pool outside was closed due to them working and we did not like that only the inside pool was available.

Great Oceanfront Stay in Destin

This condo was just perfect for us. It was unexpectedly filled with amenities! Very comfortable and clean. Great view of the Gulf. Great location near everything. WiFi reception was not the best.Spotty at Best. Also the outdoor pool was closed because of construction so be sure to inquire if your a pool user.The company providing beach chairs and umbrellas surprised us 1st day by not letting us put up our umbrella. No not anywhere. We were told the HOA at Sundestin set this rule. This was dissappointing as we are older and need shading. We dont need a TENT which was allowed or we could use the expensive beach service. Not a good start to our relaxing vacation. 😒. After we got thru all that, things were good. None of this was any fault of the owners. We enjoyed our stay in a comfy place and left feeling relaxed and renewed.

The unit is updated and in good condition. Loved the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The location and view are fantastic. Owner supplied beach umbrella and chairs can be used a little further down the beach as the area directly in front of the building is rental umbrellas only. In unit laundry and kitchen were perfect. Just what we needed for a lovely vacation.

5 Stars!!! The location, the condo, cleanliness, communication were all top notch! Owners answered any questions promptly and everyone we made contact with at the resort was super helpful! Will definitely stay again!!! All my favorites were in close proximity to the condo as well! Target, Starbucks, chick fil a, so many restaurants!
