Love this property - a little more upscale and close to shopping and restaurants. Also, nice to have restaurant option available in hotel. Staff was wonderful and attentive.

The amenities in the common areas were nice (pool, lobby, lounge). Unfortunately there were numerous issues with the room. The carpets were damp and the water soaked up into my socks, there were drain flies in the room, the soap, shampoo, & conditioner were all empty, you could not deadbolt the door because the hardware was installed incorrectly, and when I called to complain the phone in the room did not work. I walked to the lobby to complain and they did start to look for another room. I refused as I was only there for one night, it was late, and one of my kids was already asleep. They sent security by to refill my shower containers, but otherwise no compensation was offered.

We were here for Christmas visiting family. We loved the lake view, the kitchen, the living space. Extremely good value!
Loved having a full size refrigerator and stove in our room . Did not like the fact that I couldn’t bring pizza to my children at the pool . You are not allowed to have your own alcohol into the pool area or anywhere on site
I really loved the stay here. Rooms was really clean and my kids loved the pool and hot tub. The front desk was so sweet and respectful and I really felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back.

We absolutely LOVE this place! The rooms are great. The pool is fabulous. The food is amazing. The staff is top notch. The ONLY issue is a pretty significant ANT problem. They were everywhere...but I'm sure they are addressing it. Otherwise PERFECT! We WILL be back!
