An excellent house in an outstanding location. Its not easy to find a place that is both close to campus but also quiet and peaceful and this house is both. Even with homecoming traffic, we were at the stadium in minutes. The house was very clean, well stocked and also attractive. Host was lovely and helpful about everything we needed.

Loved the quiet location! Also very close to The Pier and just ten min or less back to Clemson campus. Large home with a lot of bedrooms. The beds & linens were all comfy and clean. The living room isn't huge due to the style of the home but it's comfortable and convenient. Didn't really use the outdoor space due to the weather. Would definitely return.

Our group used this Seneca house as a home base while visiting Clemson for 'family weekend'. Although we did not spend a ton of time at the house, it was a perfect place to come back to. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious on a quiet street. Although we did not use all the amenities, having a full sized washer/dryer was great. Owner was lightning fast in responding to questions. We would absolutely stay here again.Go Tigers!

Thank you so much for letting us use your house. One of the guests who has ALS slipped out the shower and broke off the front corner of the lip to the toilet bowl. I have left money in the kitchen drawer to the right of the dishwasher to cover the expense

Great location to get to Clemson campus! The rooms were good size and nice large family room to hang out. It had everything we needed. We were only there for less than 24hrs for Morgan Wallen concert but it was just what we needed and host was nice to let us check-in a little early since no one was at the house prior and the concert began early.
