Every thing was great
Staff mismanaged my reservation which caused a cascase of fumbles. The ultimate was calling my room at 1045 PM to ask me to sign something on the second night. They had plenty time during the day to ask me to do this. Instead they waited til both my 1 year old daughter and I were dead asleep to ring the room with that loud ringing sound. Outside of just being wildly inappropriate time to make this call, I was then tasked to calm my daughter back down for the next three hours. Consequences they didn't have to deal with. STAY AWAY.
Well kempt grounds and clean inside. It probably needs an elevator for those who have difficulties with stairs.
