This beautiful home on Lake Keowee has spectacular views of the lake from the screened back porch. A total of 3 wood-burning fire places in the home. (Firewood is NOT included.) There is plenty of room for your family and guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home is secluded from the hustle and bustle of town however both Clemson and Seneca are just a short 20-25min drive away.
The home includes a dock for you to bring your boat!

MAIN LEVEL BEDROOMS
Main Bedroom: King bed with private bathroom
Bedroom: Queen bed; shared bathroom
Bedroom: Queen bed; shared bathroom
LOWER LEVEL BEDROOMS
Bedroom: King bed with private bathroom
Bedroom: Twin bunk beds, a single twin and twin over full bunk beds with private bathroom
Guest Access:
Guest will be given a door code for access.
We ask that you do not park on the grass or landscaping. For additional parking, guest can utilize the gravel neighborhood boat/trailer parking lot located to the left of the neighborhood entry gate. Please be certain to not park on the street or have any portion of a car or trailer sticking out over the street.

Guest will have access to the dock and may use the outer dock to tie a boat to. The boat in the pictures belongs to the owner and is not available to rent and will be present during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy swimming off the dock, kayaking with one of the 3 included kayaks, or using the included paddle board. The dock has a foldable bench and stow away stairs. We ask that guest pull stairs and bench out of the water at the end of their stay.

Spacious
Short trip with extended family (8 people)! Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible. Great ping pong table! Plenty of parking. Very nice deck. Minimal furnishings. Two TV for entire house. For the price we had higher expectations for this property! Some things that could have greatly improved our stay:- more seating: for a house that sleeps 15 there was minimal seating in the main living and dining areas. - cleanliness: on arrival lots of dog hair and dried food on furniture and floors, washing machine filled with mold around the rubber. Bed skirt had to be washed once we arrived. The porch was dirty. Only a broom to clean. - grounds: the surrounding area was over grown with weeds and rock/concrete, overturned wheelbarrow, and parked machinery. - walk to the lake: extremely steep walkway to the dock that was not well depicted in the listing, sticks covered the walkway and caused guest to slip on steep incline. - grill: had not been cleaned - ice maker: slowly - closets: closet in master bedroom was locked so no space to hang clothes, no hangers in any closet - bedrooms: no TVs, 2 pillows per bed, no extra blankets or pillows, low quality mattresses Long boat ride to main areas of the lake!
