The house has everything you need for a family vacation and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A highlight of the property was working with the property manager. We had to make adjustments to our reservation due to an unexpected family emergency. April was incredibly helpful in getting our vacation rebooked and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

This is a great place to stay it is very comfortable, my family and I had a great time. It was very nice sitting in the swing in the Gazebo by the lake. I will put this property on my list to return. I highly recommend this house for any family who want peace, quiet and relaxation. The kitchen is great and has plenty of space to prep and cook while talking with family and friends. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, nice for walks. Great place no complaints. ICF

Fantastic Vacation Home

This was one of the best family vacation homes we have stayed at ! It was spacious everyone had their own room and bathroom - the house was extremely clean and well furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want . The air conditioning was the best we have ever experienced, water pressure was great and for 10 people we never ran out of hot water. April Cope and her team responded immediately to any questions and were terrific. The whole two weeks was ideal and the dock was outstanding for our pontoon boat, swimming in the lake and fishing. The best ever!!!

Not clean to our standards.

Overflowing trash out of the trash bins and on the ground. As well as on the property. Leaves and branches everywhere including all the decks. Washing machine had black mold on the rubber trim. Sheets on the third floor were not clean, grass and hair was visible. Tea kettle was not clean with lots of crud in it. Keowee Key much nicer. Sent photos to April Cope asking for compensation, nothing offered.
