Good location. Housekeeping services were disappointing - didn’t clean our room until very late in the day and didn’t leave us our Complimentary member waters or refill our soap/shampoo. Needed more pool staff for food/towel services.

Overall we had a wonderful time. We reserved a king ocean view room and got a room with two queens after a late check-in the first night as they were sold out. After complaining we were moved the next morning to an open king room. Staff was very friendly. Pool and beach beautiful. Loved the View 32 restaurant! Outdoor seating which made social distancing easy. Can’t wait to go back!

The views and restaurants were great. Also, the spa was top notch.

The Westing Hilton Head has been consistently good for over 20 years of me coming here. The location is great, staff is friendly and the property is well maintained.

Poor room service, room was dirty when we arrived. Didn’t provide room service on one of the days we stayed.

We had an Oceanfront room with a terrace, the views was very nice, room was a bit dated but it was fairly clean and nice. I would go back.

Our oceanview balcony overlooked a huge loud air conditioning unit that made balcony unusable. Paid $240 for this room. So disappointed we couldnt sit on balcony and enjoy the view.

The room was very spacious and modern. I was impressed at all the details, such as headboard lites, pocket bathroom door, and double sinks in bath.

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly or helpful at All! Additionally, better be prepared for another 30$ per day Resort Fee! Like 400$ a night isn’t enough!

This property does not enough chairs by the pool for the hotels and villa guests.Also you have to pay for chairs at the beach. They kept charging me services in my credit card after the checked out, services that I did not use, such room service, beach rentals, resort fee.

I've stayed here quite a few times and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the resort is absolutely beautiful. I look frwd to my next stay.

I'm so glad we stayed at the Westin. The last time we came to Hilton Head we stayed at another Marriott property, and though Westin is technically Marriott as well, this was leaps and bounds better. The pool area was large and spacious, the beach was clean and huge, the rooms were big and luxurious. Everything was great
