Great location, however, food options not great around the hotel. Room are dated and AC in the living very loud.
People were nice and friendly
We liked most everything family oriented, excepts you have a very active bar just outside at the pool area. This made it easy for parents to drop their teenage kids off at the indoor pool for the afternoon while they went outside to the bar. Thanks!! out of control fighting, yelling, screaming and swearing. My seven year old almost got hit into and we had to leave. This happened two days in a row. The signs all say no unsupervised kids but no enforcement! If you want bar business that bad then move your place to be like the ones "downtown". We paid more for "family friendly" and got the rowdiness. Choose the type of hotel you want to be. Add security/supervision, you'll drive away good families!
The microwave had not been cleaned in a very long time. It took several calls to get rooms cleaned during a 6day stay. Even then cleaning was subpar. Garbage was not removed from rooms. Myrtle Beach is a very nice location but this property is not recommended
Fantastic stay. Check in and check out folks were great. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Most everything was clean, even the game room. Easy ocean access. Obviously super family friendly. Only weird thing was the room kinda smelled like a calabash restaurant for some reason. Like leftover shrimp or something. We like the smell of seafood, so not a huge deal.
The room could have used a better cleaning. Unsafe to walk alone outside of the resort.

We went for Thanksgiving. The room was great and the ocean view was wonderful. Always found parking when we went out. Enjoyed the hot tub and bowling. Breakfast buffet was fresh and hot. Will definitely return.
Need to update the furniture and appliances. The smell of mildew because of the water needs some attention. Had a great time and it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful 😍 will visit again.
Great amenities. But the beachside bar stays open until 11 pm playing loud music and noisefrom people yelling. This is right below the family suites. We could not sleep until after this bar closed. Although the resort advertised as family friendly this bar does not make it conducive to families. If u are a family with kids I dont advise staying here because of this bar.
Loved staying at this hotel. It was the first time staying there. It was pretty clean and the amenities were great. Pools, bars, restaurant, Starbucks, etc. Easy access to the beach as well. Will definitely stay again.

The entire staff was the nicest staff ever!
The room was clean, the view gorgeous, the staff friendly. The only issue I had really is how outdated the room is and the mildew/mold smell. Being allergic, I’m sensitive to it. Also the knocking of the water pipes anytime someone uses water or flushes a toilet can get nerve wracking. Overall, I did enjoy my stay.
Convenience
The property was not very clean. The room wasn’t clean. Coffee machine was rusted, lamp shade rusted, fruit flies, no one came to clean the room or re-up on towels. The outside pool was very dirty, the chlorine smell was so strong it was burning our eyes in the inside pool area. One of the staff was very rude when I asked her directions. I drove 14 hours and it wasn’t worth it. I was very disappointment I wouldn’t stay there again.
