I would becool if u had a trolley service to take to boardwalk

Stuff are very friendly and professional. The only thing we did not like was the place we were served breakfast. I didn’t mind walking there from my hotel every morning,it’s pretty close anyway. But waiting outside in scorching heat and humid in a big lane every day was horrible!!!! I understand they have a lot of people to serve every day but they should find solution for that definitely! I heard people complaining about that as well.Because of that I am not going to stay in that hotel anymore.

Lovely resort. Only stayed overnight, but will definitely stay again. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive and gracious!

The Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had issues when we went to our room and the staff promptly gave us another room. The building we were in was a little antiquated and could have used some upgrades. The AC and beds was great but sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. Also the refrigerator was rusting on the outside and didn't cool that well.

A VERY LOW CLASS AND RUDE PERSON NAME JOHN WHO WAS MANAGER THERE IS A PIECE OF TRASH, HE TREAT US VERY BAD AND TOLD ME WE LIED TO HIM, WE HAD 2 EXTRA KIDS THAT ANOTHER FRIEND CAME FROM GA, AND GOT ROOM WITH 2 BED ,SO SHE NAD HER SON AND THOSE 2 KIDS WILL STAY TOGETHER, THE BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE THAT WE DID NOT USE IT, WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE,

Old resort fairly well maintained with small but nicely updated rooms. Over all fine with the facility but for me the location was all wrong. If you like a more laid back trip don't stay here if you want a lot of action then add it to your list

I liked that the property was right next to the beach however, the facility was pretty run down and not up to date nor clean

Okay resort. Lots of remodeling during off season. I understand but this was not posted online. Expectations of closed amenities was not set properly.

Room was okay for a weekend stay. The room was clean and everything worked inside

This is my second stay here, it's a really nice motel a reasonable price. Great view of the beach, and within walking distance of a couple of great restaurants. And a complete kitchen if you don't want to go out. I'll be staying there again next time I'm at Myrtle Beach.

Hotel was close to the beach, the newly renovated was not that great, looked better in the pictures online. the bath was not new, the tile ceiling in the bathroom tracks was rusted and not changed, the only change was the walls, it was one sheeting on the walls. the carpeting was not new. I don't think I will go there again. I had to call and say the room was not cleaned on the 2nd day, they had to bring towels so we could the next AM. I will not go back again

Great location with fun amenities. Unfortunately our hotel room had an extremely strong odor to the point we couldn't be in the room very long. There was sand covering the couch in the room and I ended up having to kill an extremely large spider in our room which made me uneasy having my 5 month old with us.

We certainly understand the frustration that could be associated with waiting in line. Daily hot breakfast is a brand new offering this year and is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. During weekends and the summer season, lines may form during the last half of service. We always suggest that patrons arrive during the first hour to hour and a half of service to avoid waiting and to also enjoy expanded elbow room. We want your dining experience to be pleasant.
