I prepaid for breakfast for each day, but only got credit for 5 out of 7 days. When we checked in, I told the front desk clerk, and she simply replied, "I don't think so." The description for the hotel on Expedia states that a microwave is available in each room. Nope. Also noted the "restaurant" on the property. Actually, it's only open for breakfast. Housekeeping was horrible. I requested a complete cleaning, and they barely grazed the room. i.e., trash and dirty towels. When I didn't request housekeeping, they didn't even bother to provide towels. The floor was always sticky. For the price, a MAJOR disappointment. Not sure why all the 5-star reviews.

The property was wonderful. The problem we had was the family above us were jumping around most of the night and it was loud throughout the ceiling. The wonderful staff helped us relocate to another room which we appreciated.

The hotel was very nice but the pool area, fire pit area is what really made this stay extra special. It was beautiful. We had so much fun the night we stayed. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel! We were unexpectedly surprised with our room. Very spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Furniture was a bit outdated but don’t let that stop you from staying here. Room and hotel was very clean. We stood here to rest the night and continue our travel.

Pool and hot tub has a curfew now? Doesn’t make sense. Also hot tub was out of service for one whole day. Sound insulation could be better. Can definitely hear people walking in the hallway and in their rooms.
