I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the front desk staff handled it flexibly. I also had a comfortable stay throughout. The only disappointment was being charged a parking fee even though I did not use the parking. Furthermore, when I inquired about this issue, I received no response.

Some of the desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. Our sink would not drain and the shower door leaked a lot of water. We reported it but the hotel did nothing to correct it. We asked for the room to be refreshed and new towels. Again the hotel did nothing. The layout of the room is small and difficult to manage with two guests. We stay at Marriott hotels a lot and they have always been able to find our Bonvoy number. Not so at this Spring Hill hotel. We will not stay at a Spring Hill hotel again.

Nice location in Mount Pleasant. Parking can get a little tight at night. Room size was good but tv location was a little off. Heat didn't work at night but thank goodness it wasnt too cold yet. Room was clean.staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

The room was very nice. Very spacious. Clean for the most part. One pillow had something on it. We switched it out and they were more than willing to help with that. Staff was great. Breakfast was great, had lots of choices. Only complaint would be that the toilet handle was cracked slightly and it made it difficult to flush the toilet without breaking it completely.
