Overall, the property seemed a bit "tired." The couch in the first room we had was very stained, so we went and requested a new one, which was cheerfully given to us. They said they are expecting to replace all the couches on the property, but that only a few had been replaced so far.Breakfast was quite good and the woman working there was charming!
Asked staff to check the ac unit in our room. Never came. The unit was exceptionally loud and made sleep difficult.

A two and a half month early, prepaid reservation and turned to a handicap room with the bathroom where the shower water ends up all over the floor. Not willing to change to a regular room. The receptionist was not willing to change.
Convenient location to cycle across Ravenel Bridge into Charleston. Number "4" missing in elevator cab. We stayed on 4th floor....Windows were fogged in room from seal failure.
Nice property , breakfast is just ok. For the price there should at least be waffles. I stayed at a lesser hilton and they had waffles and 2 different pancakes mixes to chose from.

This time around the breakfast options were pretty weak but it is still a great hotel. Perfect location- close to beaches, short drive to downtown, and great restaurants nearby.
Very nice resort. We had a suite, which gave us so many more options than what the standard or a hotel room would have given us. Beach access was amazing, and have the resorts amenities proved useful as the ocean was a bit rough due to a series of tropical storms that cam through.
The staff at this hotel are absolutely the most friendly and helpful! Everyone was smiling, spoke to you and just made you feel better just by smiling! The hotel itself is great. Good value, nice rooms, great layout of floor space in each room, and tons of storage. It is the first hotel in a while that we have put on our “stay again” list.
booked a king size and only a double beds were available. very nice for a couple out on vacation
Check in was quick and easy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than expected. The property was very clean and well maintained.
Great dog friendly hotel. Direct access to the parking garage from the elevator so we didn’t need to walk the dog thru the lobby. Great location 10 minutes from downtown Charleston with no traffic.
We liked how clean it was and how professional they were. The breakfast and attention to the guests was outstanding.
Perfect for an overnight. Charleston was very close. The hotel was immaculate and the room very comfortable. The breakfast had everything you needed to start the day.
