Everything we liked about this place is gone. No more free breakfast (which our kids loved). Broken down gym equipment. Someone spilled potato chips in the hallway our first night there and they were still there when we checked out two days later. This was our 6th time staying there in the last 4-5 years and likely our last. It’s gone downhill terribly.
- Quiet and clean. - However, room cleaning service needed a 24 hr request notice which was annoying as the room was dirty after 2 days. - Staff was nice and courteous
Great central location in Mount Pleasant. Was clean and the beds comfy. Would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very nice. This location was close to many things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
the hotel advertised a free full breakfast, but when we checked in we were advised there would only be a bagged breakfast. the next morning we went to get breakfast only to find the bag contained a six ounce bottle of water, a small blueberry muffin and a granola bar. the next morning we went to get our miniscule breakfast offering only to find one bagel wrapped in foil next to a toaster. we ended up going to McDonalds for a McMuffin. we understand with the health concern of providing a full hot breakfast causing issues , but what we paid to stay at this hotel, they could have provided something better. We stayed at a much cheaper hotel a week earlier and they provided a breakfast with everything either prewrapped or individually boxed cereals , milk and prepackaged muffins. other than that our stay there was satisfactory.
The price was good. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff came in everyday with clean towels etc. Front desk workers we’re very helpful.
The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast was great! Real eggs! :-)
We had a good rest, except that the curtains did not close and the exterior light illuminated the bedroom all night but the place very quiet, have good breakfast and good attention

Our property used to be a Wyndham hotel, which offered free breakfast, since September 2021 we have been a Doubletree hotel by Hilton corporation which does not offer complimentary breakfast. Our gym equipment has been updated and replaced soon. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please read Doubletree hotel new guidelines located at hilton.com. Our hotel is full service now, providing, late dinner and full service bar including room service meal services.
