Water parks are great for kids great location

checking in the women was rude to welcoming hello not! wish we would of gotten the other person shanne' maybe you were having a bad day what's going on in your life i hope not! noisy parnet's not controlling there children! worst had to call desk 3 time's for noise. never told a fire was above us and they were working to rebuild and never offered another room from early am to late pm. last call to desk my word's were REALLY!!! so not any rest would not recommend this place good for parent's with children ! have to say they did have some good parent's. the noise was nerve raking made you jump awake.

My husband and I come to dunes village every time we go on vacation to the beach. This time around it was not what we expected it to be. The room was not clean, we brought our own Clorox wipes from home and we wiped down everything. The plugs did not work properly, the lamps were very dusty, and the bathroom was not clean. It seems like no one actually cleaned the room on a few weeks. Although we love coming here this might be our last time coming here.

Kid friendly, staff great

Outside bar closed too early. But I understand why. No if deal. Everything was great.

Located right on beautiful Myrtle Beach. If the sun was too much, there are two indoor water parks. There's one in each of the towers. Indoor and outdoor pools. Our rooms were spacious and had a view of the ocean. Full set up kitchen and even a washer/dryer in our unit. But we were having too much fun to do laundry. The resort had many activities, and the location to other Myrtle Beach attractions was great. M'hunny was happy. Kids were happy. Memories forever. Bing Bang Boom vacation victory.

The room was excellent At check-in, we were directed to the "concierge" who then...well...directed us into a time-share presentation. Wasn't a terrific way to begin our vaca

We absolutely loved the size of our room, the views from our room, how easy it was to access yhe water parks and pools from our room and that they had so many yhings on site such as a coffee shop, restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a small outside bar and a tiny store for some personal needs. We we're definitely coming back!

This room was great!

Service was excellent . however room was older needs up to date. Our hair dryer didnt work fidgerator was freezing couldnt turn down . there was mold on the balcony it need sprayed with bleach also in the bathroom as well. The hook that holds towles was broke in the bathroom as well.

Everything was amazing especially the staff and food. The Serenity Spa was definitely my favorite experience. This will be my new Myrtle Beach vacation place

I loved the oceanfront view and the full kitchen. The sofa beds are terrible but I didn't really need it so it was ok. Just be mindful. You'd be better off getting a room with 2 actual beds.

I like the different water park options. However, my family couldn't use it. It was always crowded. I didn't like that i had to call twice to report loud music late at night. The first time the operator was rude. The second time was a man and he the situation more serious.

Amazing staff and facilities. Cleanliness and helpful. Especially the gift shop gentleman
