Excellent communication. I requested new pool cues because the two available were broken, and the next day I found two new ones. An employee was in the elevator when I entered, he asked me what floor I was going to, I thought he was going up too, but no, he pressed the button for my floor, wished me a good day, and left. I'd never experienced such courtesy. We were able to check in two hours early. Great service at Starbucks, at the bar in the pool and the restaurant. Thank you all!

I loved how thoughtful the amenities were at this property. Indoor and outdoor pools, game area, daily activities, coffee shops within the hotel, easy access to the beach, waterslides, all shops are within 10 mins of driving, and broadway at the beach is also within 15 mins, super cool area. I honestly can't wait to vacation again and return back to Dunes Village. Ps. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great for families

The indoor pools, lazy river, and slides were a big highlight. Tons of easy beach access. We didn’t receive room service for a day but the staff were prompt to come up after we called the front desk the next day. The AC was cold, washer/dryer was a huge plus and bathrooms were large and clean. Definitely some minor issues and it’s not a luxurious resort but overall a great stay for families and we will come back again.

Property needed to be updated. The ceilings were cracked and water stains on bathroom ceilings and bedroom areas. The hallway outside the room was filthy on the indoor outdoor carpet. I left the hotel early due to the condition of the hotel. I asked for a refund for the two nights I did not stay and have not yet received any refund. I was told by Expedia and the hotel that I would get $555 refund. I have yet to receive the refund. I do not recommend this hotel

place was filthy and really rundown. Hallway to the room looks really scary. Once you get in the room there are splash on the wall, paint peeling, sticky stuff on the toilet seat. Bathroom fan was so loud and dust falling from it. I wouldn’t NEVER EVER stay there nor my friends and family!

Didn’t get in tomorrow to after 5 PM and they had them available but they didn’t allow me to go into that room because they had new people there and the new people did not know that they can switch the home and put me in a room earlier didn’t get to do any of the use facility into after 5 PM then the stove didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The oven didn’t work there bugs that was in the room.

Awesome property for a family with children. Easy beach access and plenty of swimming options. Property is under renovation but the room still felt dated. I was here approximately 14 years ago and the only differences were the floors.

Unfortunately we had to leave after the first night due to several cockaroaches on the floor. We tried changing rooms on a different floor abd had the same issue. Cleaniness was awful and it always smelled like trash. The waterpark was a nice feature and the tiki bar drinks were good. The beach is easy access so that was nice. If it wasnt for all the roaches and the fear of bringing those suckers home, it would of been an okay resort. The manager was very understanding and provided a refund for the nights that were unused.

In general, everything was good. It’s an older property but has easy access, convenient parking, a nice pool, and is right on the beach. We stayed for four nights, and the only thing I didn’t like was that there was no cleaning service since it’s on the beach, the toilet was sandy and could have used some attention. That was the only negative. Other than that, it’s a good choice for a family stay.

This hotel is beyond rundown and in need of repair. The staff is rude, the slides look like they are going to break apart and their were baby roaches in the hotel bathroom. They had work being done that was LOUD and kept us from having any peaceful time in the room. I would recommend NEVER staying here.
