i did not like there were not enough handicap parking available close to any entrance, they had too many unloading parking where i believe guest made it their long term parking

My grndsin loves the water parks. Very easy to transition from the water park to the beach. While in the water park one doesn't have to deal with the hot sun.

Our overall stay was good but when we got there, our toilet was clogged and the tub drained very slowly. We had to call the front desk.

There were 2 roaches in our room. The first was found in the corner under the air conditioning unit. Thought it may have been missed when cleaning so we got it up with the vacuum. The second was found in the pull out sofa bed that our children were supposed to sleep on, along with baby snacks. I called the front desk and they sent up clean sheets and offered to have the room sprayed, which meant a lot, but the rooms should be sprayed, cleaned and linens should be changed properly. We will not be staying again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone simply because of cleanliness.

This is a kids waterpark resort, and I don’t recommend it for any adults. The property was oceanfront which I enjoyed, but nothing else was enjoyable as an adult. Every day of my stay, there was a karaoke contest or a DJ hype man screaming into a microphone at the pool below my window, 5 floors up. I couldn’t escape it with the sliding door closed. This place is not relaxing, and it’s not restful. I wish I had known and gone elsewhere.

The condo was very dirty. There was hair and sand all over the floor. There was dirt and dust caked up on the walls and baseboards.

The resort is dirty and smells like mold. The trim was falling off the wall in bathroom and covered in dust and rust. The housekeeping staff leaves an envelope for tips but only comes in to put new towels and take trash. There are no clean sheets even for a week stay or sweeping. The units are barely outfitted with appropriate kitchen supplies.
