Lots of things for kids to do. The property just needs to be updated

Great for families and kids

Inside pool was the best part but it wasn’t very clean my kids got a rash from swimming in the pools our room was not clean and they have a mouse problem we found mouse feces in one of the beds

The beach was clean and nice since it is a public beach. Parking was close. There was a huge cockroach climbing behind my chair at the indoor pool area with the large slides. The water was not clear and looked dirty. The other complex that had the large lazy indoor river was cleaner but my kids and husband cut their feet up. I had to treat all their scrapes when we got back to the room. We did not return to swim after that. Our room had a kitchenette and the cold water was turned off. Which made the water in the sink very hot and no ice maker in the freezer. A tack nail was sticking up out of the carpet by the trasition into the kitchen tile. My oldest child stepped on this twice before we covered it with towels. We could not remove it without damaging the carpet. On our 2nd day the carpet got wet in the corner by the table and stayed wet for 2 days. There was a leak in the room by the dining table on the carpet. Not sure where the water came from. You had to go down to the front desk to get towels or even toilet paper. There is no cleaning service due to covid. So your rooms stay dirty your entire stay. You have to put your dirty towels and trash in the hallway on the floor for pickup. It was also difficult to get to the beach access from the complex we were in. Overall the hotel seemed worn and in need of some updates.

Check in person wasn’t so friendly and parking person was rude

Staff were great! Hotel needs some sprucing up. The view was great and amenities, pools etc.

Cleaning was an issue, 1 day complete no-show, 1 day took dirty towels, etc. and left only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth.

The location and the front desk staff were great

Great rate and get away in the winter time for a family with kids. We will be going back next year around the same time if the rates are still the same.

Great

We came down for a weekend trip. Ive always wanted to stay at hotel but we usually stay at the same couple ones each year. So I thought since it was a small trip i would give it a try. I was so impressed with it. The room size was great, the beds were soft and had extra pillows. My kids loved the indoor water parks and really enjoyed themselves. I loved that still offered activities even though it was December. My only complaint was it was noisy. We could hear people from both sides of the wall when they would talk. But overall we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! Stunning ocean views. Very family friendly hotel

Nice enough. Balcony overlooking beach. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great for family or couples! We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean,friendly staff, good location

The bathroom, kitchenette and entry area need some serious updating. The bedroom area itself looks just like the picture, but the rest of the room is still way out of date. Also, having to pre-register in one building and then check-in to get your room key in another building is not conducive to relaxation.

family friendly with kitchen. loved the indoor water parks.
