Doors to room and balcony extremely hard to open. Broken handles on hallway door. Safe didn’t work. Exposed outlet covers.. broken vent covers exposed. Reported to office multiple times … said maintanence would look at issues never did. Checked out day early due to noise levels from room and outside of rooms. Would not go back. Very disappointed

Staff were rude-the cleaning person a met us leaving our room, asked if we were checking out. We told him no. About 15 minutes later(9:47am) knocked on our door and told us we had to check out at 11am. Our room was right across from the elevator- it was nonstop noise until 4:30am, sounded like everyone was right in our room, even with a constant fan on.
