Daily pleasant the beach was great ....all the amusement around the hotel was great.

The long waits to get checked in are awful!! There are people piled into the small lobby. Clearly the building needs upgrading. The hallways smell. The linens smell. The carpeting is old and dingy. There is not sufficient staff to clean all the rooms between the 10am check out and the 4pm check in. When we got to the old dingy room, the toilet didn't flush!!! Had to wait for maintenance to come. Maybe the other building is newer and better. I will never stay here again.

The tv and shower head barely worked and we had to ask hotel staff to clean our rooms daily. It seemed as if they were more concerned about the exterior

We were looking for a hotel on the beach to stay one night and at check in, changed it to two. The desk staff were very polite and accommodating at check in. We stayed in room 416. There were five floors and all were directly above the pool area. It was very loud, even after closing the door to the balcony. The room door to the hallway has a 1/2 gap which made it possible to hear every conversation coming down the hall. Even after putting a towel down to cover the gap, it was loud. This room has a connecting door and I could hear all of the conversations in the connecting room as well as the TV in the non connecting room. The walls and doors are thin and not insulated well at all. The bathroom tub had hair on the ledge from the previous guest. A floor down there was a group of young and very loud boys. The first night I put up with the noise and hoped the hotel would calm them down. The second night I hollered several times to get their attention and told them to keep it down. There were hotel employees directly below who watched me do this and apparently did not see the need to quite them down themselves. There is a large time share sales presence in the lobby. If you want a quite location that has a older, mature style of fellow guests, do not pick this hotel. Avoid it. There is a $11.00 a day "resort fee" and why I do not know. There is nothing that says resort about this place.

We chose this location for our wedding on the beach in early march. It was off season, so most of hotel amenities were not available, didn't know that. Hotel was nice, room I booked online for low price was not worth it. So they offered me an upgrade at a dicount since we were getting married. Totally worth it. In the tower, ocean view, hot tub.perfect. most local activities weren't available due to off season.

Nice proximity to the beach. Customer service was lacking. Told to park one place than had to move when "VIP" guests arrived two days later. If we're told this at checkin, it wouldn't have been a big deal. Anytime a concern - big or small - was brought to staff member the answer was no or we we can't help you. Never offered options or alternatives. Room was tiny and did not look like any of the photos. Old fixtures and furniture - could use some updates.

One of the worker knocks on the door asking or you leaving today and he Was not very pilot asking. I didn't like his tone and then said I be back and a few minutes if I didn't hear anything from the Office. It's a way saying things and still get you message across.

Only there for the night but it was clean quiet and fine.

Nothing like website pictures felt like I was tricked.

The location was perfect and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful!

This is a great oceanfront hotel in walking distance to a lot of restaurants , coffee shops & the pier. This is my 3rd time staying here! The airport is only 2 miles away so that's also convenient. I would highly recommend.

Our first night we had a room full of the smell of smoke and due to my wife being pregnant it didn't work out to well. After complaining to the night shift, nothing happened and were very rude to us. Once the new shift came in after 8am the management gave us a different room. the view is incredible but the hotel is old and it shows in every way. Either smells like smoke or the popcorn ceiling is falling off and a piece of the mirror fell off. There was maintinence happening so one pool was shut down because they were repairing the fence and the lazy river did not ever work. The food was not very good. So again if you are on a budget and can get a good deal on orbitz it may be worth it.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. I would stay there again or recommend anyone to there.

Good services If l go back to myrtle beach l use again to hotel

I ordered a 2 bed ocean front and was given a 1 bed oceanfront. They were going to give me a street view which I declined. I had a 3 night stay so the 1st 2 nights they took something off the room on 3rd night inwas then moved to a 2 bed room.

Not enough check in personnel and lots of people prioritized if they were checking in prior to a Time Share sales appointment.

old building - smells horrible

off season wedding

We chose this location for our wedding on the beach in early march. It was off season, so most of hotel amenities were not available, didn't know that. Hotel was nice, room I booked online for low price was not worth it. So they offered me an upgrade at a dicount since we were getting married. Totally worth it.
