It was very clean and bright but the thing we didn’t like was there was not enough breakfast options. Nothing healthy in the market place. No nuts, fresh fruit or bagels ,doughnut's etc. Only one restaurant to choose from. No chairs in the room or table to sit and watch Tv. Had to sit on the bed. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly.

The beach access is literally right off the hotel property if it was any closer the hotel would be in the water

The lobby area was baeutiful and nice. The staff is really nice from what ive seen. Inside the hallways of the hotel and the rooms are average. Very basic. We stayed in room 320. I ahd to call maintenance 2 times to the room. Once because of our tv not working and then because when you shower the water backs up in the tub doesnt drain. The room we had was kind of small. The pool area was clean and the bar was really nice. There is a starbucks on site. The scenery we had from our room overlooking the beach was pretty nice.

Worst stay in my entire life

Worst stay and nightmare ever had in our life. Unable to sleep the whole night as the security came and knocking and banging our neighboring door to drop something. Even though we complained, this happened all night

Disappointing

Stay was ok. A few concerns-Music is very loud on the property. Had to ask them to turn it down pool side because I could hear it in my room with the balcony door closed. Phone did not work. Ran out of towels and my husband had to go to the front desk 4 separate times before we had them delivered to our room 45 mins later. I had to stay in the shower the entire time. When I finally threatened to go to the front desk in my birthday suit they were finally delivered. Had to pay $150 pet deposit but another lady cried at the front desk about paying for her 3 dogs and they waived it. They were not service animals as we overheard the entire conversation.

Good choice for pet friendly hotel.

This hotel is pretty clean and a good place to bring family, especially if you have pets. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here for a weekend at the beach.

A trip with a lot of changes

The staff is very friendly but this place is time share place for owners. Is if you book u get the old part of the resort. It still was bad but needs a lot of upgrades. Called twice to make sure everything was going be open cause it was off season. Of course they said it would but when we get there its not. They had one bristo cafe which closed at 4pm and a sports bar which closed at 9pm. Thank god they had a restaurant acrossed the street called Friendly's. Now that place i would recommend. Myrtle beach is a required taste. No night life everything closes early in the off season. They did have several places on New Years Eve that had fireworks which was great. Several malls. The people are very friendly which made it the trip worth it.
