Room were qell.kept and clean. Staff was very helpful and very nice.

Elevators were down had to wait long time for elevator and had to go down the stairs multiple times.

Nice property right on the beach. Like all beach properties, the salt air will quickly age amenities. However, the room had been renovated with new hard floors, nice new large microwave oven and matching new refrigerator, renovated bathroom etc. The bathroom could do with renovated walls and ceiling to make it even better. Only 2 small pillows for each bed (if a queen room). They could give a few extra pillows. Must take used towels to reception for new towels, which the replacements are a joke! They are that small even a dwarf would complain, plus some feel like sandpaper - not soft at all. Parking garage is very tight and harder to navigate if you drive a larger vehicle. If the property is fully booked, you may not get free parking on-site and be forced to park at metered parking on the street. A shame some people arrived for Spring Break, but the property did not open their water park. A lot of disappointed guests. Overall if you want to stay on the beach, this is a good property for consideration.

The place was dirty The A/C unit have mold , the bed sheet where dirty, the bathroom exhaust was dirty There was sand all over the floors Front desk staff was never there and where available they where in a bad mood No sence if costumer service Check out just left the key at counter no personal available

The parking garage was ridiculously small. The rooms were filthy and the front desk staff was rude. Of course they were blaming Covid for not being able to clean the rooms. The pools were gross filled with sand and gum. People were eating and drinking in the pools and the beach there was covered in cigarette butts. To expensive for a roach motel.

I was very disappointed with the resort itself. Our room was not clean. There was old food on the floor when we entered our room. Paint chipping off of the walls, the beds were hard as rocks, and everything just felt dirty. The staff seemed overworked and stressed, which led to each worker we came across being rude and unhelpful. However, our view was amazing! We were walking distance to the beach and other great places. The location was perfect. We didnt let our gross room stop us from having an amazing time on our vacation.

It was good

Rooms are outdated. Mattresses are not comfortable. Towels are rough.

It was good, loved everything about it. Even took time to switch refrigerator because a leak. Loved hotel amenities, right on beach, etc. parking a lil crazy!

This facility has made reasonable accommodations during COVID, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Stayed at a two bedroom suite for two nights. The room was pretty clean, although the decor was dated and the wall lamps were old with the switches not working right. Had all of the amenities of a condo. My daughter clogged the toilet. It took the guy about two hours to get to my room, but he was friendly. Having stayed in the winter time, the pools and the ice cream area was closed. Overall, it was a pretty good bang for the buck.

The property is in need of some MAJOR upgrades. The mattresses were HORRIBLE. I probably would have gotten a better night sleep on the floor. There was a dead bug on one of the beds when we arrived. Needless to say that was a turnoff from the start. The bathroom sink had hair and weave clogging it. The balcony railing needs to be replaced. For the price per night the hotel and rooms should be in much better condition. I can't believe they charge $100 for the crappy room. Will not be going back.

Parking arrangement wasn't very good. It runs out very fast. I have informed two times to hotel that my both reservations should be with together but they assigned rooms on different floors. Manager was not take responsibility of their staff mistake.
