We didnt use the waterpark because when we went over there we were unable to find an area to set down our belongings. When we did find a corner to set them down we noticed. A huve cockroach crawl all over someones cooler. So we left. Thankfully we never seen any inside the actual hotel which was across the parking lot from the waterpark.

Our first room had no Air .. we went to go downstairs and get another as we were sweating in it ! The from girl was hesitant on giving us a new room but then a gentleman stepped in and even went in and checked room before we went back up ! view was great ! We had good Nachos at the bar and the pool was fun ( a little cloudy … lots of peps in it !! all in all it was nice …

What I liked is that my granddaughter had a great experience and the food was good. Outside of that, this was not a good experience. The Condo my family and I needed to be upgraded and hire a better cleaning service. Thank goodness we travel with our own cleaning products. The elevators were terrible. The price for this condo should have been free as dirty as it was. Finding baby toys all through the condo was terrible. Things broken, no pots or pans. Charging an extra price than what was quoted to me was an inconvenience. This was a horrible experience.

My family and I loved the room we were in the view was amazing. The elevators were a little tricky on the 9th floor and the parking deck is a nightmare but other than that the resort was amazing. Will give a heads up to the ladies going and want their nails done though the Atlantic Nail salon is good for a color change but nothing else. If you have a 10 year old daughter or younger they will not do a full set on them. When I asked for my daughter to get a full set I got screamed at across the salon that they won't do that my daughter was in tears because that is something we always do is get our nails done together and for them to make us feel like we were a bother to them really hurt since the year before they did it no problem. To be honest that nail salon was the entire reason we booked this location this summer and I am having second thoughts about going back

Our room was clean. The overall property did not appear clean. Lots of sand in the pool making the water look dirty. The shower from the beach wasn't working and everybody used the pool to wash the sand off.

I didn’t know what to expect when booking here, as there is several questionable hotels in MB. Due to the low price, I was skeptical… but I was open to trying it at least. Overall I will say I was impressed. The cleanliness of the lobby, and hospitality from front desk clerks was exceptional. The location and capability to walk every where is very nice. The only issue I had was with our room. The floor (which is LVP) was filthy. It turned our feet black right out of a shower. I would recommend to wear socks always while in the room. The room did not appear dirty at all, and it was well swept. But do not be discouraged from booking here, as I believe the value is definitely there! Enjoyed our time.

Roaches in the room, not offered another place to stay. Sprayed the room and we had to remove our belongings. Domestic violence in room around us called front desk twice and they sent their security but told us that we could call 911, that they do not call the police but we could call if we wanted to. Will never stay there again.

Parking garage was horrible to park in, not enough coffee or trash bags for 6 night stay and front desk seemed inconvenienced to be asked for more. Barely any cook wear and all boogie boards were broke. Room was nice otherwise

Was an hour and a half late checking us in due to rooms not cleaned so everyone had to wait in lobby about 30 people including self and kids. Room had no toilet paper had to wait till 8:30pm before staff brought any. Staff very rude didn’t want to accommodate their lateness. Property dirty bathrooms dirty. Couches had stains on it I was very disappointed in the condition of the room it looked not like pics.
