Our stay was overall a good stay. The staff were great, the only thing we did not like was that they did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom and the room was outdated.

Naming a Hotel “Oceans One Resort” is a bit of a con game. This is not a resort it is a hotel. It is a building of independently owned condos. There is no room service, no doormen, no and I mean ZERO maid service during your stay. The Orbitz ad lists down comforters when you get there you will find nothing but sheets and pillows. The pillows are falling apart and the pillow cases hold them together. The reception desk was consistently giving people incorrect door codes and people would have to wait until someone with a hood code would let them in. Parking is across a fairly major road with no baggage service. Upon entering our room one of the first things I saw was spaghetti stuck to the wall. Stepping into the living room there I found cookies on the floor. Upon entering the living room I saw the couch was shredded and peeling. The rest of the furniture was tattered and well beyond its age. Heading to the bedroom I first noticed zero comforters let alone the down comforters promised. Turning to the closet a sign saying the closet is locked and only to be used by the owner. I turn to the bathroom where I see black mold, wet drywall, and a jetted tub that did not operate. I received 2 messages via Orbitz from the owner stating no maid service is available during my stay if we want clean linens or towels to wash them ourselves and next that dishes must be washed by us and dried and put away before leaving. I have photos but out of space to type. BEWARE!!!!! Not a resort. Con!!

Outdoor pool under construction not available for use

It was difficult finding the front desk. We pulled to the circular parking area across the street and had to make a phone call to see where they were. The room was pitch dark upon entering. I stumbled into the coffee table and hit my shin bone hard, just trying to walk to the sliding door to see the ocean. Not one light switch worked. We called the front desk and finally had someone come to replace the light on top of the dining table and also the small ambience light on the outdoor balcony area. The bathroom was dated and had rusted hardware on the vanity. The microwave had to pulled upwards to keep it closed for us to use it. A little more renovation is needed for this building for me to give it better ratings. The only thing is the location is pretty good.

The suite was not clean behind the doors and there were ants around the bath tub in January. The stove wasn't clean and the bottom drawer on the stove was about to fall off.

Okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk Weather suckeddddddddddd

Property was extremely filthy in the common areas (elevators especially). The rooms are small and the tv for the bedroom is barely 20". The air conditioning for the room would not cool the room below 77° the duration of the stay even though it was set to 67°.

Close to the oceans, great ocean views. The 360 rooms are the best

Room was clean, and the tub has jets in it so it was a mini hot tub!!!

Amber is ALWAYS SO SWEET and NICE to us when we come. That’s one of the main real sons we return, including the resort and view

I always stay at Oceans One whenever I visit myrtle beach but this was by far one of the most frustrating times. My key cards just wouldn't work. I always found myself either locked out of the room or out of the building. I was very disappointed with this.

My room was dirty. The bed sunk in in the middle, I didn’t even get under the covers. There was a hole in the bed skirt, scuff marks on the walls, cracked lamp, crack in the mirror in the bedroom, dust coming from the vents, duck tape on the floor of the entrance to the bedroom. The kitchen table was scuffed up looked like if you sat on the chairs they would break, the tv stand and table scratched up and gnats in the bathroom sink. The fridge was clean and the toilet was clean. The balcony was clean and the view was amazing. Overall the hotel was gross and I wouldn’t recommend.

Great location quite very clean very friendly staff only complaint was not enough buggies to carry luggage back an forth to the room

Disappointing, needed cleaning , housekeeping didn’t come first 2 days . Came 3rd day but just threw towels on rack and left without cleaning . Ceiling was patched up , discolored carpet, very dusty. Maybe other rooms are better . We checked out a day early and front desk didn’t bother to ask about our stay . It has potential but we wouldn’t book there again

Very modern, clean two bedroom suite with awesome views of ocean and surronding areas. The pool and kids pools and hot tubes very nice.
