Loved all the pool options. Lazy river and outside pool are heated which is amazing. Wish the other pools were heated, but is what it is. The entire place needs a good scrubbing and face-lift. Our room was spacious however beat up. Location and view were unbeatable. Only staff we saw was during check in, and they were super friendly. For the price, I expected it to be in a bit better shape, however I would stay again, for the right price 😉

The location was very convenient, very close to the family kingdom. The room had awesome space and a nice view from the 18th floor. The only issue I had was when we arrived after 6pm our room was not ready, I did not expect that to happen.
