The sofa looked as if it had came from behind a dumpster it was so dirty I couldn’t believe they would allow a room to be occupied in this condition. The room was dusty I went to plug my charger and the cords to the lamp had dust build up as if around the dresser has NEVER been wiped or cleaned. This dust set my and my sons allergies off. I also noticed black mold on the door. The kitchen table and chairs although wooden were scratched up and a hot mess. The sheets on the bed looked as if they had never been changed. I asked for a new room a thousand times and one guy said u can always go stay somewhere we can see what we can do in the morning but can’t make any promises. I wanted to just leave but it took about 4 hours for us to get there and my children were tired. The next day a sweet lady changed my room and we just decided to make the best of it because the kids really wanted to stay, in the new room the refrigerator was running and the sheets on pull out bed had stains

Excellent price for a great room with a beach view

The first thing I noticed when walking into the hotel was the fresh smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean & with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were on the 12th floor.

From the moment I walked in, the hotel smelled amazing. The room was spotless and the views were incredible from every corner. I loved that it had a washer and dryer...such a bonus since we didn’t have to take home any dirty clothes. There’s even a small grocery store conveniently located right across the street where the parking is. The amenities are fantastic: three pools, three hot tubs, a lazy river, and a kids’ play area. I’ve stayed at many places in Myrtle Beach, but this one is by far my favorite and that says a lot because I stay in hotels often. Honestly, with the beautiful views and everything it offers, I could live here. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place!

Noticed people with no arm bands or other resorts armbands and they were not asked to leave which made the pools crowded, one family of about 12.. no joke came and played in pools for a few hours

Great Stay!

Over all we were very comfortable. There were some issues that needed attention. The toilet ran constantly and needed attention. The bedroom door was off it's hinges. The jet tub didn't work. Furniture was dated and Cabernet was peeling. But overall we had everything we needed. Carpet outside the hall and elevator was dirty. Smelled weed sometimes but like I said we were comfortable. Beds were comfortable, had enough dishes. It was spacious. Both TV's worked. Lots of towels. Very nice view, and also the pools were great! Staff were friendly. Had a great time.

Great stay

Overall great!! Room was a little used we will say but it wasn’t terrible. Room was super clean and great. Everything worked and again was clean. Pools were clean with clear water and not over powering chlorine smell like you get in some hotel pools. All the staff that we interacted with were great. Would stay here again.
