Lived out ocean view balcony. But the resort is need of a remodel. The rooms had a stale smell. Very outdated. Rust on the doors. Mold present. Could be cleaner. Needs lots of improvement

Unfortunately, my experience around this property was disappointing. The area felt unsafe and noisy, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the surroundings. Cleanliness was also a concern, and there were limited dining options within a reasonable distance. Transportation was inconvenient, making it challenging to explore or access nearby attractions. The bathroom had mold, and there were black bugs in the shower head. The beds were uncomfortable and uneven, with a noticeable dip in the middle. There was rust in the kitchen area, and the hot water didn’t always work. Management didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t allow a switch to a better room. Overall, the place was noisy, inconvenient, and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again — this property needs major improvements and is not recommended for travelers seeking comfort, safety, or convenience.

Our whole stay was perfect! We came for our honeymoon and it was the first time here for both of us. Our room was very nice! Super clean and has a lot of amenities, like a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even the cabinets were full of kitchen ware. The staff were very nice and friendly. We had no issues while we were here. The pools were very nice, and we had easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! In fact, we’re already looking into booking next year for our anniversary!

The condo we had was perfect. Everything we needed was already there. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishes, pots, pan, casserole dishes e.t.c. house kkerpin was amazing. And we were ocean front. Will go back there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you all

Not even 5 mins of being in the hotel room the roaches started cooking out as soon as I put my food down. The start to a bad night. I had to change hotels.

I was given a dirty room when I first arrived at the hotel. The sofa was filthy, fridge rusted and shelf’s broken inside, Hottub fixtures broken as well. Was given another room which was a little bit cleaner but had black mold spores on the chairs.

Location is great, but hotel saw better days, indeed. Though it's smoke free property, the smell of ganja was strong, and some shady characters were around. Too bad, that prime real estate location aren't kept properly. Verdict: almost good enough for couple days stay.

One thing that pissed me off is you have to park across the street and they towed my vehicle saying it was parked in the wrong spot at 11:30. I had to get a cab and go to the impound lot and pay $160.00 CASH TO GET MY VEHICLE RELEASED. SOMEONE COULD HAVE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME TO MOVE IT BEFORE THEY TOWED IT. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!
