Filty Hotel!!!

The hotel was filthy! From dirty floors in hallway and room to dried blood on doorframe in bathroom!! (I attached photos). Also i was in such a rush to get out if there i forgot to empty one of the d4esser drawers that contained 2 brand new pairs od shorts. When reported the exact draw that the itwms were left in i got a reply that nothing was found. So im guessing that the cleaning xrew stole them or threw them out. This hotel is a filthy disgrace. Dont be foolwd b6 the pictures!!

Family Stay

Breakfast was horrible, still operating on COVID-19 schedule. No full service housekeeping. However, they do change out towels. It would be great if they supplied rooms with brooms and dustpan because of the sand that’s tracked back into your rooms from being on the beach. Other than that everything was good.

People were nice but our room was very run down, the shower faucet broke had to call maintenance . The wall paper was peeling,the carpet was stained. The dryer took over 3 hours to dry one loudof laundry, the tvs were out dated.

We loved our stay at the strand! The pool was always clean, it was an easy walk to almost anywhere including the beach, and there was a bar on site that had food which was a plus! Also the complimentary breakfast was great!

Overall, it was a great experience. The front desk staff was excellent until the last day. Um, the lady at the desk, I believe her name was Carol, was very rude but everyone else was a rock star. The maid staff that came by the rooms was perfect. Uh, the breakfast bar guys were wonderful. The bar staff was great. They kept the pool area cleaned up parking garage. Awful, hated it better than that. Great, stay would stay there again.
