The property was clean, friendly and resourceful. I have no complaints.
The room was very dirty, the bathroom too. On the balcony I had a broken table, the service is bad. At breakfast they did not have, good food.
Very nice for the price. Great location. Our only complaint is the beds were terrible.
Nice and quiet with a wonderful view. Enjoyed my entire stay

Good location and great beach access; loved the lounge chair area and heated pool; friendly staff and spacious room; breakfast was not great; would have loved to be able to have access to beach chairs; overall a great stay for the price!
I was on the 18th floor and the view was amazing! The room was comfortable but the addition of the 'kitchenette' was really awkward. I only used the refrigerator. The closet was extremely difficult to get to and when I needed to iron my shirt, getting the ironing board out of the 'closet' was more of a gymnastics event. The elevator was very fast and worked well. However, the outdoor hallway felt unclean. I am sure housekeeping did the best they could but it still didn't feel great.
The hotel needs to be upgraded. It wasn’t what I expected
The place was pretty dirty, starting with their elevators.
Absolutely not returning there!! The room wasn’t clean (in the bathroom was sand on the floor and the carpet in the room was awful) Housekeeping didn’t come in our room first day, so I asked at front desk for towels, the old woman made a face like I asked to give me the moon from the sky( very rude). There was a problem, almost all the time, with pool towels (the shelves were empty, almost all the time)
Hotel/Room smaller than anticipated.
Pros Check in was smooth. The room was decent with a fridge microwave and toaster. The room was clean There was some sand on the floor but with the beach being right out the door I understood. There was an outdoor space between the pool and the beach perfect if you want to “be on the beach” without getting sand on you. Breakfast was included and it was a good variety Con Only one elevator was working (the second day both were working) Housekeeping never refreshed our towels on their own we had to call (even though the Covid protocol is that they will only refresh towels and take the trash out) Room doors are heavy when they close your entire room shakes! Every time someone on the floor leaves their room your room shakes! Shakes! There were a lot of unsupervised children.
The location is fantastic with beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. It is also great that you can use the Breakers Hotel’s pools and slides (which are much better). Other than that, we felt uncomfortable from the moment that we got off of the elevator. The room was completely outdated and poorly maintained. It was also filthy - hair on the floor in multiple rooms, a sock behind the couch, bottle caps on the balcony, a water bottle in the groove of the sliding balcony doors, stains on the couch, dirty plates and utensils, a filthy mattress cover and dust on the ceiling and light fixtures. They didn’t have linen for the pull-put couch in the room and when we asked for a set to be delivered we couldn’t use some of it because that linen was stained as well. We ended up using a blanket to cover the couch each day because it was so disgusting. The outlet also sparked multiple rimes when we plugged in a cable and we had to ask someone to come fix it. Breakfast was convenient, but not consistently replenished to accommodate the guests. Beth was great and service was the best when she was working. The worst part is that we paid over $500 a night for the suite. We expected more than this - cleanliness at bare minimum. We weren’t aware that a clean room was too much to ask for from this hotel. When we informed the front desk of our experience after the first night, they did not seem to care. Spend your money elsewhere.
I loved that it was so close to the beach, staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and free of bugs and am looking forward to going back.
